Teaching materials are the content basis for students' learning knowledge and teacher teaching,so the quality of teaching materials will directly affect the quality of teaching.Translation teaching materials can promote their cultural development for a nation's teaching,better coordinate with social development,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Mongolian schools use textbooks that are written in Mongolian language,so the requirements for textbooks are severe.For a nation,language and writing are of vital importance.Some problems in Mongolian geography textbooks can directly affect the misunderstanding of Mongolian students on Mongolian language,writing and other issues.The problems in the translation of geography textbooks will affect the cultural development of the Mongolian nation.The mother tongue of Mongolian school students is Mongolian.Their closest language is Mongolian.Therefore,the problems in the translation of nouns in the Mongolian textbooks will affect the geography professional language and understanding of this ethnic group.For example,the translation of Chinese textbooks into Mongolian textbooks is inappropriate in terms of noun translation,which will directly affect students' understanding of geographical terms,and the entire Mongolian students learn the Mongolian version of geography textbooks,so the geographical terminology False translation not only delays a student,but even affects the future of a nationwide student.The standardization and unification of geographical terms,especially Mongolian geographical terms,is of great significance!The geography textbook used in Mongolian middle school is a teaching application material translated from the Chinese textbook of geography.The geography is a basic subject that spans the natural sciences and social sciences.Therefore,the translation of textbooks is a complex and professional requirement.High work.The research of this thesis firstly understands the translation of geography textbooks at home and abroad through the literature review method,and thus determines the research significance and research content of this thesis.Very few papers or journals were found about the translation of geography textbooks.So far,there has been no relevant research on the translation of the Mongolian version of Geography 1 textbook nouns.The research of the thesis mainly analyzes the geographical nouns in the Mongolian edition high school geography 1 textbook.Questionnaires were used to find out the translator's attitude towards the translation of the textbook and the reasons for some of the problems in the translation.Finally,the paper puts forward appropriate and accurate suggestions for the translation of geographical terms in Mongolian text geography 1 textbooks.The nouns in the Mongolian version of Geography 1 textbook were statistically analyzed.On this basis,the statistical related nouns were classified and the geographical nouns in the translation were found.Secondly,the reasons for the problems in the translation of geographical terms are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed from three aspects.According to the analysis of the reasons for the translation of geographical terms,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.According to the difficulties in the translation of the textbooks provided by the compiler and the reasonable methods they think to solve the problem,combined with the problems of the Mongolian version of geography 1 geographic noun translation,the suggestions and countermeasures for textbook translation are proposed.Based on the basic situation found by the compiler,combined with the translation of geographical nouns in Mongolian textbooks,the paper proposes to solve the problem of translation of geographical terms in Mongolian textbooks from the subjective level of textbook translation,the objective level of textbook translation and other aspects.Countermeasures.Through statistical analysis of the translation problems existing in the geographical names of Mongolian geography,the following suggestions and countermeasures are summarized.Reasonable use of relevant books and dictionaries when translating geographical nouns,improve compiler professional level and business ability,combined with the compiler's proposal in the questionnaire,also proposed to relax the translation time of Mongolian geography teaching materials.From an objective level,the evaluation and supervision of the Mongolian geography textbooks,the secondary supervision and evaluation of the textbooks that have been translated,the jury to find out the problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions and reasonable measures.In the process of translation,seek help from relevant professors and experienced people.Finally,according to my own understanding,the author proposes to solve the problem,for example,increase the number of translators when allowed,so as to effectively improve the quality and translation speed of translated geography textbooks.If there is a problem of geographical noun translation in the textbooks that have been distributed.Teachers should inform students and other suggestions at the first time.
