General Secretary Xi Jinping once emphasized: "In the historical events of revolution,construction and reform,our Party has always insisted on the realization of women's liberation and development,the realization of equality between men and women on the banner of its own struggle,and has always regarded women as an important force to promote the development of the Party and the people's industry,and has always placed women's work in an important position".The development of society can not be separated from the development of women,while female postgraduates are groups with high academic qualifications among women.The development of their career is related to individual development and social development,and female postgraduates have played an important role in all walks of life.With the progress of society and the continuous development of higher education,the number of female postgraduates is increasing year by year.The career development of female postgraduates has become a hot topic.For example,the increasing difficulty of female postgraduates' employment,the pressure of promotion in the workplace,coupled with the implementation of the two-child policy,make the career development of female postgraduates face greater challenges than in the past.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the career development of female postgraduates and explore the way to realize their development.Based on this,the author takes female postgraduates and graduated female postgraduates as the research object,combs the existing research results,and explores the career development path of female postgraduates.It mainly focuses on the following parts:The first part elaborates the theoretical basis and knowledge reference of this study.This study is based on Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings and Marxist view on women.It also provides a useful reference to the relevant theories of talent science and explores the career development of female postgraduates from the law of female talent development.The second part investigates the career expectation,career development plan and the working female postgraduates.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,we can understand the attitude and values of female postgraduates towards career development,and the career status of female graduate students who have graduated and the difficulties and problems they encounter in the process of career development.Finally,a comprehensive analysis is made.The third part is the predicament analysis of female postgraduates' career development.Based on the information collected from questionnaires and interviews,this paper makes an analysis of the reasons why the career development of female postgraduates is hindered,and mainly from the perspectives of their own problems,family and school education,society and employing units.The fourth part explores the countermeasures to improve the career development of female postgraduates.Internal cause is the basis for the change and development of things,while external cause is the condition for the change and development of things.The key to the career development of female postgraduates lies in their self-education of self-esteem,self-confidence,self-reliance and self-improvement.In the external environment,family education has a profound and lasting impact on the career development of female postgraduates.With the help of society,families can change their educational ideas and methods to create a warm family atmosphere.School education needs to pay attention to gender equity in education,help female postgraduates to establish a scientific gender perspective,positive career planning awareness,and improve their comprehensive practical ability.In the era of social informationization,we should change traditional gender concepts through media channels;improve laws and regulations,prohibit employment discrimination and protect women's rights and interests in career development under the promotion of the national policy of governing the country according to law;and build a psychological service system to create a good psychological environment for female postgraduates against the background of increasing national concern for individual mental health.
