The History Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools,formally promulgated by the Ministry of Education in December,2017,introduced the Five Key Competence on History,which has not only promoted the transformation in modes of learning and teaching but also deepened the educational reform in China.As evaluation is inevitable in educational field,deepening the education reform with key competence on subjects also makes deepening evaluation reform necessary.However,the educational evaluation that can carry out the implementation of key competence on subjects has not taken shape yet by far.An ideal evaluation mechanism should be developed from not only exterior efforts but also interior engagement on key competence,in the process of which,its interior qualities and skills can be gradually fostered.Developing students' key competence on history evidence by homework ——one of the methods of evaluation ——is exactly the demand on transforming the modes of teaching,learning and evaluation.Diversified homework can develop students' practical ability on exercising competence of history evidence at multiple levels,so as to boost cooperation learning and inquiry study between students.This paper,based on the primary goal of fostering students' key competence of history evidence by homework design on high school History,tries to find out the effective approaches and strategies to develop competence of history evidence by homework design for high school History.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is Introduction,including six aspects.It mainly illustrates reasons for choosing this topic,and lists relevant research findings about homework design and competence of history evidence at home and abroad,then it gives the definition of homework,homework on History,historical records and competence of history evidence,and puts forward the theories and meaning that underpin the research on this topic.Finally,it introduces the research methods and innovation points of this topic.The second part introduces the survey and analysis about the state of homeworkdesign on high school History and competence of history evidence.Through questionnaires for students and interviews for the front-line History teachers,an initial understanding of the implementation of the assignment of high school History homework and the development of competence of history evidence has been obtained.Next,with analyzing those questionnaires and gathering problems that exist in the assignment of high school History homework and the development of competence of history evidence,it is expected to put forward effective approaches and strategies to address those problems and improve students' competence on history evidence pertinently.The third part discusses about the relationship of homework design and the competence development of history evidence.Firstly,starting from the new curriculum standards for students 'academic skills training requirements,grasp the specific content of history evidence and the use of the assessment of 1-4different levels of academic standards.Secondly,it is discussed that scientific homework design can help students achieve different levels of academic skills.Finally,it analyses the importance of effective homework design to the cultivation of students' empirical skills in history evidence.The four part is the path and strategy analysis of homework design,which is the main body of the paper.According to the attribution analysis of a series of previous surveys,this paper explores three ways and four implementation strategies to cultivate the empirical literacy of history evidence in the design of high school history assignments.The first is to clarify the basic principles that should be followed in the course of the design of high school history homework,and ensure that the design of homework can be more in line with the characteristics of the discipline and the needs of students.Second,under the guidance of the principles of historical work design,through the design of different forms of homework,students are motivated by interest.By using different methods,we can cultivate students' skills.In addition,the corresponding case design is attached to different strategies to enhance the validity of historical homework to the cultivation of historical evidence.The fifth part is Conclusion.It sums up the whole content of this paper and presents what the writer has learn and understood from the research on high school History homework design that aims at developing competence of history evidence.
