Composition teaching is one of the important tasks in Senior High School Chinese's teaching.Current high school composition teaching is generally fragmented teaching,systematic is not strong,composition teaching efficiency is generally low.In view of this situation,this paper attempts to study the culture and education ecosystem by reference to the theories and concepts of pedagogy,ecology,educational ecology,cultural ecology,Chinese culture ecology,and the new curriculum "learning task group".The study found that the factors affecting the ecological group of culture and education are diverse,among which the teacher factor and the student factor are important factors.These two factors have direct or indirect influence on composition teaching to varying degrees.The influence of the teacher factor mainly lies in the composition teaching cognition of the group of teachers and the composition teaching culture of individual teachers.The student factor is mainly reflected in the influence of students reading and students participating in school cultural activities on composition learning.It is found that there are some problems in culture and education ecosystem.The factors that affect the composition teaching of teachers and students composition learning are diverse.Among them,teachers' composition self-cultivation,composition enthusiasm,composition "popularity",and composition teaching behavior,etc..The influence of students 'reading and participating in school cultural activities on composition teaching is not ideal.The strategy is multivariate,among which the teacher factor needs to improve the teacher's composition teaching cognition and enhance the teacher's composition teaching ability.The student factor needs to pay attention to the students 'extra-curricular reading,and use the favorable resources to cultivate students' writing ability.It is hoped that this study can bring inspiration and reference to the practice of compositionteaching.This study consists of three parts: introduction,main body,conclusion and reflection.The main contents are:Introduction,the research of the source of the research,research significance,domestic and foreign research status and level,research innovation,research methods.The main body is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the definition of the concept of high school culture and education ecology.Through the understanding of the characteristics of "group" in the new curriculum "learning task group",from the perspective of educational ecology and cultural ecology,the theoretical basis for cultural and educational ecological groups is put forward.The author also defines the concept of the ecological group of culture and education: the teaching cognition,composition teaching behavior and composition teaching culture that affect the teaching effect of teachers' composition;Influence on the atmosphere(tradition)or school cultural activities of students 'writing learning;The effect of reading on writing,etc.,all of these non-student physiological factors,the sum of non-intellectual factors of the ecological environment.The second chapter analyzes the two main factors that affect the ecological group of culture and education,including:teacher factor and student factor.Among them,the factors of teachers are analyzed from the two directions of teachers 'group's composition teaching cognition and teachers' individual composition teaching culture.Student factors are analyzed and discussed from two aspects: student reading and student participation in school cultural activities.The third chapter is the investigation of the status quo of the culture and education ecosystem in high school.This part of the questionnaire questions mainly for the design of Chinese teachers,a small number of questions related to student factors.The results of the survey are analysed and presented in chart form.The fourth chapter,based on the findings of the current situation in the third chapter and aiming at the two main factors of the ecological group of culture and education,puts forward the practical strategies for the ecological group of culture and education in high schools: improving teachers 'writing teaching knowledge and enhancing teachers' writing teaching ability;Pay attention to students' extra-curricular reading and cultivate students' writing ability with favorableresources.Conclusion and reflection,summarize the full text of the study and put forward unfinished matters,and put forward thinking.
