Secondary vocational schools cultivate practical,skilled and high-quality talents who are oriented to the grassroots,front-line jobs for production,service,and management.With the continuous development of social economy,the requirements of employers for employees are increasing day by day,Most enterprises nowadays not only pay attention to the professionalism and skills of their employees,but also value their employees' quality,team spirit,professional dedication,learning ability,and development potential.Schools are the core of training talents,classrooms are the main teaching methods for training talents,and the reform of teaching methods has a great influence on the quality of personnel training,Melting-through teaching aims at cultivating students' overall quality and comprehensive ability,and pays more attention to the infiltration,cross-cutting and integration between disciplines.Taking advantage of the intrinsic connections between multiple courses,some of the important ideas or values within and outside of the course's professional knowledge are integrated into the basic and core disciplines of education through the method of zeroing.This paper mainly studies the specific application of infiltration teaching in secretarial majors of Secondary Vocational Secretarial Profession.The content includes the following six parts:Chapter One.introduction.The research background,research purpose and significance are proposed from the aspects of student needs and social needs.Through the analysis and summary of the theory and experience of melt infiltration teaching at home and abroad,this study defines the development status of the melt based teaching on the basis of relevant theories.At the same time,the research ideas and methods are put forward.Chapter Two.Investigation and analysis of basic situation of Secondary Vocational Secretarial students.Through investigation,design and implementation,the problems existing in Secondary Vocational Secretarial Major classroom teaching are summarized.Chapter Three.The Feasibility Analysis of Melting Infiltration Teaching Applied in Secretarial Specialty.According to the investigation results in Chapter Two,the feasibility of infiltration teaching in secretarial specialty is analyzed by combining the characteristics of infiltration teaching,the conditions of infiltration teaching in secondary vocational colleges,and the relationship between secretarial core courses.Chapter Four.Research on Application Strategy of Infiltration Teaching in Secretarial Specialty.Taking the course of "Secretary colloquial communication" as an example,from the three dimensions of students,teachers and teaching systems,the interpenetration of unstructured knowledge and secretarial structured knowledge in secretarial courses is studied in this paper.Chapter Five.An Investigation and Analysis of the Current State of Secretarial Professional Teaching and the Effect of Leakage Teaching.At the same time,a longitudinal contrast is made among students,and the teachers' interview and practice teaching are summarized and analyzed.Chapter Six.According to the three aspects of infiltration teaching that need to be further improved,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from three aspects: top-level design,teacher consensus,and learning philosophy.
