As more and more students choose to fill in the gaps in the form of extracurricular tutoring classes and improve their performance,the scale of China's primary and secondary education market is also growing.In the context of a promising education market,countless training institutions emerge every year,and the quality of teaching has become the key to the ability of education and training companies to gain competitive advantage in the market.Since its establishment in 2006,B Education has been providing extracurricular counseling services for primary and secondary school students to help students check for vacancies and improve their academic performance.“Bearing parents,providing support for students,becoming a respected training school and establishing a good full-time regular high school” is the vision of B Education.70% of employees of B Education Company are teachers.As the company continues to grow and develop,there are some problems in the management of teachers.For example,there is no uniform standard in the process of teacher recruitment,the training of teachers is not effective enough,and the evaluation system of teacher performance is not perfect.However,the quality of the teacher's teaching determines the future of the company.Therefore,the study of teachers' competence can help B education companies to better solve teachers' management problems.Based on the domestic and foreign training theory and competency and teacher competency theory,this paper is based on the current situation of B education company and combined with the data of B education company.Through questionnaires and interviews,the information of teachers of B education company is obtained,and the competency model of teachers of B education company is constructed.The teacher competency model will be constructed,combined with the status quo of B company and the problems of teacher management,from the perspective of company management,teachers and parents,data analysis.Based on the competency data of each dimension,based on the competency data,the recommendations on teacher recruitment,training,performance appraisal and career development based on B teacher's teacher competency model are obtained.The competency model derived from this paper provides an effective methodology for B-education companies in the management of teachers and aims to improve the quality of teachers' teaching.It has certain guiding significance for the long-term development of the company.
