This study selected cram school teachers of the Kunming City as the research object,adopt Literature analysis method, interviewing method, Questionnaire survey method, Heartmeasurement method etc the method of qualitative research and quantitative research,Construction of the competence model of cram school teachers, Preparation of competencyquestionnaire for cram school teachers, and the empirical analysis, analyzed furtherdiscusses status for Kunming cram school teacher demonstration, Analysis of the relationshipbetween the cram school teacher competency and subjective well-being.First of all, Research paradigm based on the grounded theory, Construction of thecompetence model of cram school teachers, model consists of4dimensionsand13competency,and as the4dimension is: Professional knowledge, The integration of knowledge, skills andprofessional teaching; Teaching attitude and correct values; The13competencyis:Professional knowledge and skills, flexibility, perspicacity, Learning ability, responsibility,affinity, Analytical thinking, Fairness and justice, self-confidence, influence power, Theability of self control, sense of identity, Personal interest.In the next place, in order to4dimensionsand13competency of cram school teachers asthe foundation, Through literature analysis method, interviewing method, group discussionmethod collect the primary questionnaire items, After the item analysis, exploratory factoranalysis to retain32items to form the7subscales, Reliability and validity testing to achievethe ideal effect, The final formation competence questionnaire for cram school teachers,7subscales questionnaire are: Occupation accomplishment subscale(PQ), Interpersonalrelationship scale(HC), Teaching attitude and value scale(TAW), The ability to accessinformation subscale(AOI), Occupation interest scale(PI), Personality scale(PT), Achievementmotivation scale(AM), The total table use TCQ Express.Last, using the self-made cram school teacher competency questionnaire on Kunmingcram school teacher competency in research. The results show that the Teachers competenceto achieve “Consistent with” level, Indicate Teachers competency level of the Kunming city isgood. Teacher competency in gender, different seniority, different school types havesignificant differences, Teacher competency of students to promote the capacity of a certainprediction. On the basis of study, Can do further researches, for example: Cram school teacherrecruitment, training, performance appraisal, occupation career planning etc.
