Ex situ training is a mode of teaching and research jointly participated by public kindergartens in L county,whose purpose is to promote the professional development level of kindergarten teachers.Based on the basic situation of each kindergarten teacher,the scale of the kindergarten and the development goals at the current stage,it selects kindergartens with similar status,basically the same development goals and the same teacher resources to build a resource-sharing platform.This study took the current situation of three newly built public kindergartens in L county to carry out the research and training in the new area as the research object.The current situation of the three kindergartens is as follows: Are new garden houses,the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers is high,and the proportion of newly employed teachers is nearly 1/3.The financial ability of the kindergarten is limited,and the number of teachers in the system is seriously insufficient.Kindergarten-based teaching and research can not be carried out effectively,the lack of professional guidance.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the training according to local conditions on the premise that human,financial and material resources are scarce.The three kindergartens adopt the mode of "exchanging places,sharing platforms and seeking common progress" to break the current situation of "developing by oneself and building behind closed doors" in exploring the improvement of teachers' professional level.They concentrate on building a platform for the professional development of teachers and shoulder the responsibility for the professional development of teachers.This paper explores the method of teacher professional development in the form of "definite time,place and content".In this study,questionnaire and interview were used to understand the necessity of carrying out the training activities in ex situ.Through the action research method to show the process of carrying out the training and improvement strategies;Through the case analysis method to explore the difficulties and highlights in the training process.The results showed that the professional theories,professional knowledge and professional skills of the teachers in the three kindergartens were significantly improved and their moral quality was significantly improved through the training in ex situ.Next,the L county will continue to practice the ex situ training in the practice of the professional development of kindergarten teachers,and constantly improve methods and innovative ideas,so that more kindergarten teachers who participate in ex situ training can benefit from it.
