| Thailand is the most popular Southeast Asian country in Chinese teaching.Under the background of Thai Chinese teaching fever,the author has the privilege of becoming a volunteer of 2017 Chinese teachers to Thailand.In the teaching practice of one school year,the author finds that the effect of Chinese teaching in Thailand is not proportional to the input of resources,especially in the teaching of Chinese characters,students have difficulties in reading,rely heavily on pinyin and write unstandardized.There are many problems,such as many writing errors and complex types.Among them,the errors of Chinese characters are intuitionistic,and teachers can analyze and correct them,while the errors existing in the dynamic process of students’ Chinese character writing are difficult for teachers to pay attention to.And the process deviation cannot be effectively corrected.In order to explore the errors and reasons in the process of writing Chinese characters in middle school students in Thailand,we can find out the process of the development of "interlanguage" in Chinese characters of students.Inspired by the theory of orthographic method,the author carried out a Chinese character writing test for 11 Thai middle school students and photographed their writing process.To understand the developmental characteristics of cognitive processing of Chinese characters in different stages,the questionnaire on learning strategies of Chinese characters was issued after writing.It provides a starting point for the interpretation and analysis of errors in the process of writing of Chinese characters.According to the classification description and quantitative statistics of the writing error,the author finds that the stroke error in the zero-base stage is the most prominent;the stroke error in the primary stage is the most prominent;there are less error in the intermediate stage,but it appear the tendency of fossilization.The main reasons are negative transfer of mother tongue,generalization of purpose and rule,influence of learning strategy and orthographic acquisition.The students in different stages have different ability in Chinese character recognition and processing,so the Chinese character teaching should be in a step-by-step,with the focus.In zero foundation and the primary stage,teacher should focus on the prevention of the interference of the negative transfer of the mother tongue among students.They should pay attention to the teaching of the stroke,the stroke and the basic components,and correct the mistake in time,and focus on the mistake.In the middle stage,more attention should be paid to the teaching of the information of Chinese characters and the correction of the intractable deviation,and help the students to correct the "Chinese character orthography".Through the analysis and study of the errors of writing process for the Thai middle school students,the author hopes to understand the learning process of Chinese character writing of Thai middle school students,and give corresponding teaching suggestions for the problems in the process of learning,in order to contribute to the teaching of Thai Chinese character. |
