The ideological and moral curriculum in primary school is an important carrier of moral education.Its curriculum implementation pays attention to the life-oriented teaching principle,the students undefined ideological and moral development stems from their experience and understanding of life.However,from the present point of view,the present situation of the implementation is not optimistic: the ideological and moral curriculum in primary school education stage has long been separated from the life of the students and lacks the determination to combine the students' morality with the daily life.Therefore,from the point of view of education returning to life,the implementation of ideological and moral curriculum in primary school is of great value for curriculum teaching and standardizing students' moral behavior.This paper mainly takes Renqiu B primary school as a case study,and investigates the teachers and students of B primary school by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and observation.Questionnaires and interviews are mainly from the perspective of the relevant groups in the ideological and moral curriculum implementation of primary schools,the process,the effect and the difficulty of the implementation of the ideological and moral course are carried out.Through the investigation,it is found that the ideological and moral curriculum in primary school has positive aspects: the school has good hardware facilities for teaching,the advantages of direct docking with colleges and universities and so on.But at the same time,there are still some problems need to be solved: lack of implementation process of elementary ideology and morality curriculum,imperfect curriculum evaluation mechanism,insufficient development of curriculum resources is and weak teachers resources and so on.At the same time,the author combines the problems of the implementation of the ideological and moral curriculum in primary schools,analyzes the attribution of the concept and consciousness,the environment of curriculum implementation,the strength of teachers resources,the family and the society.And put forward the solution measures: establish ideology and morality curriculum to implement the concept of returning to life,construct the life of the elementary school ideological and moral curriculum teaching,form the life of the elementary school ideological and moral curriculum evaluation mechanism;build full-time elementary school ideological and moral teachers and play a healthy and upward social,family and school environment complementary role.
