Research On Quality Characteristic And Generating Mechanism Of Politician-educator Secretary Of Party Committee Of University

Our colleges and universities practice the system of principal responsibility under the leadership of their Party committees,and the construction of socialist modern colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics must be further strengthened in the construction of the Party and the leadership of the Party,based on the reality of China's social development.We will train the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the CPC.Therefore,the study of the quality characteristics and generation mechanism of the party committee secretary of the "politician-educator " type university has clear criteria for the appointment of the party secretary of the university,the overall quality of the party secretary of the University,and the value of improving the internal management system of the University;At the same time,it has a positive effect on the establishment of the training mechanism for the party secretary of the university and the construction of a first-class modern university.This article analyzes the historical evolution of the role of the university party secretary,and makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion of the Revolutionary Party secretary,the educator university party secretary and the educator university party secretary.Based on the actual development of education in our country and the educational policy of the party,this paper proposes the modernization of higher education and the construction of a strong country in higher education.It requires that the party secretary of the university be both a politician and an educator.The article adopts the literature method,case analysis method,and historical research method to systematically comb out the process of proposing the party committee secretary of the "politician-Educator " type University,and analyzes the qualities and abilities that the party secretary of the "politician-educator " type university should have from various perspectives.The mechanism of its generation is innovated.Through the analysis of the party secretaries of statesmen and educationalists,we find that the quality of the partysecretaries of "politician-educator " is not simply to unify the quality of the two,but to follow the current university leadership system.We should strive to have a mature political ideal,a long-term vision of development,a scientific approach to employment,and clean working principles.Finally,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of quality of the party committee secretaries at present,and aims at the requirements for the improvement of the quality of the party secretaries of the universities,starting with deepening the reform of the "management service",improving the leadership system of universities,improving the selection system of party secretaries of universities,and strengthening democratic supervision.This paper puts forward the concrete method of training the party secretary of "politician-educator " type university.
