Reaching On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Track And Field Teaching In Macao High School

Under the background of Macau's contemporary development,physical education in middle schools requires people-oriented,health-first education concept,students as the main body in the teaching process,to ensure that students not only have a healthy physique in the process of physical education.It also requires that students can effectively improve their sports participation,mental health,sports skills and social adaptability,so that students have the awareness of lifelong sports,and realize the coordinated development of students' body and mind in the process of learning.Track and field is a basic sport,which has irreplaceable sport efficacy and value.Therefore,track and field teaching has become an important part of high school physical education and an important way for students to carry out track and field exercise.In order to comprehensively understand and analyze the relevant situation of track and field teaching in Macao senior high schools,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of Macao senior high school PE teachers,the basic situation of teaching content,the basic situation of students' learning,school teaching mode and hardware facilities by means of interview,questionnaire,literature collection,logical analysis and data statistics,etc.And the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper analyses the factors that restrict the setting of track and field curriculum in Macao high school and its relationship with the physical quality of high school students,explores its development trend,promotes the further development of track and field curriculum in Macao high school,effectively improves the teaching quality of track and field in Macao high school,and makes students' physical and mental health develop in an all-round and healthy way.The survey results show that track and field courses are basically offered in Macau high schools,and the importance of track and field sports has been generally recognized.However,physical education teachers fail to implement and implement the teaching material plan thoroughly in track and field teaching,track and field class hours are not fully guaranteed,and teaching means and effect evaluation model are single,which makes the implementation of track and field teaching not optimistic.The age level of P.E.teachers in Macao's senior high schools is reasonable,and the number of female teachers is obviously small.The overall educational level of P.E.teachers meets the requirements,but the number of teachers with high educational level is small,especially the lack of P.E.teachers with track and field specialties,and the lack of professional ability improvement and professional skills training.At the same time,Macau students have no universal love for track and field sports,and their preferences for track and field sports are significantly lower than other sports.Most students lack enough interest in track and field courses,and some students are not even clear about track and field projects.At present,the school track and field curriculum does not have the initiative to learn,nor does it form the awareness of track and field exercise,which is not conducive to school track and field teaching,but also seriously restricts the development of track and field activities in schools.There is still a certain gap between the hardware facilities of track and field teaching in schools and the ideal requirements.The satisfaction of physical education teachers and students with track and field teaching equipment is mixed.In view of the present situation and existing problems of track and field teaching in Macao's senior high schools,the author suggests that we should establish a highquality teaching staff to realize the innovation of teaching concepts of P.E.teachers;improve the teaching management mechanism to realize the innovation and perfection of the present situation of track and field teaching in Macao,so as to avoid that track and field teaching is only for the purpose of meeting the target assessment;arrange class hours scientifically and enrich the teaching content so as to enable students to have a Sexual development;based on students' interests,improve students' understanding of the value of track and field sports,clear the purpose of track and field learning;strengthen the expansion and maintenance of track and field facilities to ensure the in-depth promotion of school track and field teaching.
