Cheerleading is a sport in English formerly known as "cheerleading" originated in the United States is a new set of athletic, artistic, ornamental, and entertainment for the whole of the modern sports items. Along with socio-economic and cultural development, people’s appreciation has also been improved. Cheerleading skills with its unique ornamental, athletic and recreational sports enthusiasts gradually to the general favorite. As a technique cheerleading athletes, smooth movement, magnitude, and body weight change in the coordination process, stability and control are particularly important.With the constantly enrich the connotation of sports science, people are going deeper understanding of sports and expansion. In recent years, the core area of strength training athletes in action to improve the stability of the apparent good effect by many front-line coaches attention. The core area of strength training concepts and methods is gradually accepted by the majority of coaches and athletes. The core area of strength training in unstable conditions for the athletes of small muscles deep around the supporting muscles and joints involved in movement of specialized exercises. Therefore, the core area of strength athletes cheerleading skills for targeted training, will be difficult to train athletes in the lifts and control joints in the stable center of gravity of the ability to play good results.In this paper, experimental method, literature, interview survey method, spot observation and mathematical statistical method were used. Draw the following conclusions:(1) Through eight core strength training athletes experimental study found that all the athletes core competencies have been varying degrees of improvement; not only the ability to enhance the core muscles, but also lifts the difficulty of performance is also significantly improved. Upon completion of two difficult moves like lifts, its action on the completion of varying degrees of quality improvement. (2) The experimental group athletes, cheerleaders skills After six weeks of training, the eight abdominal Bridge test the experimental group than the control group reached the core area of strength increase by a big margin. Description of new training methods the core area than in the control group using traditional training methods waist and abdominal muscles is more effective one.(3) From the experimental group before and after experiment body strength training moves target the core area of comparative analysis of the experimental group derived cheerleading skills training, the number of athletes in training have increased significantly, the core area of the core area of strength and stability is improved. More fully explain the new core area of strength training methods to improve the power of the core area plays a significant role.(4) After the experiment in the experimental group than the control group lifted the difficulty in significantly improved scores, indicating that the new core area of strength training methods suitable for cheerleading skills training.
