Traditional sports school(hereinafter referred to as "traditional school"),as the primary form of "three-level training network" in the sports training management system of our country,is one of the cradles to explore and train competitive sports reserve talents.Its "combination of sports and education" is a kind of sustainable development and innovation mode in the basic link of "Olympic glory plan",which can not only directly promote the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor and students' awareness of lifelong physical education.Moreover,it can indirectly promote the sustainable development of mass sports,promote the National Fitness Plan(2016-2020),deepen the reform and implementation in an all-round way,and build a "healthy middle" for our country.The important measures of the national strategy are of great significance and are the basic guarantee to promote the basic quality education and train the sports reserve talents in an all-round way.However,with the entry of China into a new era,new requirements have been put forward for the current sports reform in China,and new requirements have been put forward for sports practitioners,including physical education teachers and physical education teachers,who want to make greater contributions to the development of the country and society.Only in the school environment,the "natural growth" promoted by the atmosphere is far from meeting the needs of the country,schools,students and their own sustainable development.They must receive continuing education to supplement and broaden new knowledge and new skills.In order to adapt to the new situation,the new era and not The need for education in the social market economy.Continuing education is the main way and effective way for teachers to develop themselves and "grow up again".Physical education teachers should "accurately" break through the bottleneck of development,get out of the "high ground period",and seriously interpret the deep meaning of China's "sports power" strategy in the new era.In order to realize the system engineering of building a "sports power" in China,it is "luminous and hot".This paper takes the continuing education of physical education teachers inGuangdong traditional Sports School(hereinafter referred to as "Provincial traditional School")as the research object,adopts the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and so on.Logic analysis and other research methods,in-depth analysis of Guangdong "provincial traditional school" physical education in the process of continuing education existing in the process of deficiencies and influencing factors.The results show that 38.52% of PE teachers participate in continuing education with passive purpose,21.31% of PE teachers have utilitarian motivation to participate in continuing education,and physical education teachers lack their own awareness of continuing education.Lack of initiative,poor enthusiasm;relatively weak basic knowledge of their own,leading to learning difficulties;family and age external factors,and so on.At the same time,the curriculum content of continuing education is lack of pertinence,practicality,effectiveness and systematicness;contradiction of work and study,conflict of time;lack of funds;imperfection of operation mechanism;loopholes in network distance education,serious formalism and so on.In view of the above main problems of continuing education of physical education teachers in "traditional schools of Guangdong Province",this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: first of all,the government should vigorously publicize the importance of continuing education and carry out it widely;Secondly,physical education teachers should correctly grasp the relationship between the reform and development of physical education and their own continuing education in the new era,correct their attitude,and establish the thought of lifelong learning.Thirdly,under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic goal of physical education,we should establish a diversified and hierarchical mode of continuing education for physical education teachers,increase investment in funds,attract investment through various channels,perfect the pool of experts,and improve the evaluation mechanism.Regional coordination,balanced development;establishment,strengthening and improvement of suitability The operation mechanism of physical education teachers should be developed in the long run in the new era,so as to ensure the basic conditions and rights and interests of physical education teachers to participate in continuing education,and to eliminate the worries of physical education teachers.Finally,improve the relevant laws and regulations of teachers' continuing education,clearly point out the rights and obligations of physicaleducation teachers,and promote the enthusiasm of physical education teachers to participate in continuing education.
