As the main battlefield of the compulsory education stage,the mathematics classroom in primary school needs not only to complete the transfer of subject knowledge,but also needs to pay attention to the comprehensive cultivation of students' intelligence and learning ability.In terms of mathematics classroom teaching in primary schools,how to observe and evaluate the quality of classroom teaching is essential to ensure the implementation of the mathematics curriculum standards of compulsory education,to improve teachers' classroom teaching practice ability and promote the overall development of students.At present,the evaluation of the quality of classroom teaching is mostly concentrated in the higher education stage,there are few studies on the evaluation of mathematics classroom teaching quality in primary schools,and there is no perfect concept,maneuverability definition and evaluation index system of mathematics classroom teaching quality in primary school.The primary school mathematics classroom teaching quality evaluation index system is a tool for testing the quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching and the problems in diagnosing problems about quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching.Therefore,the study on primary school mathematics classroom teaching quality evaluation index system will help to improve the mathematics teaching level and even the overall school quality,which is conducive to the detection of the status quo of the students in the primary school mathematics classroom teaching and the status quo of the teacher's teaching implementation curriculum standards.And it is beneficial to supervise the elementary school mathematics teacher on tthe cultivation and development of primary school students and to serve for the quality monitoring of contemporary basic education.In this research,qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted.In terms of quantitative analysis,research methods of educational statistics are used to address problems in education,which is a common method used in the research of mathematics education.The literature research method,the expert consultation method,the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method,the analytic hierarchy process and the mathematical statistics method were employed in present study.Borrowing experience from the recent domestic basic education related evaluation index system or model construction method path,such as the evaluation model of school characteristics development,the evaluation index system of low-level mathematical symbol consciousness in primary schools,the evaluation index system of students' reading literacy,and the evaluation model of student's academic burden assessment model,etc,connotation of the quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching,the quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching is explored by operational definition of primary school mathematics classroom teaching quality,combining with the basic principles of index construction,and resuling in the first-level evaluation indicators;and then through the literature reading and expert consultation,the secondary evaluation indicators are separated step by step.Then,on the basis of the preliminary evaluation index system,the final evaluation index system is revised and improved combining with two rounds of the expert consultation(Delphi)via expert consultation questionnaire and data are analysized by SPSS 21.0 with the Kendall harmonious coefficient test inverstigating the opinions of experts on the whole index system consistency and the consistency test.Moreover,combining with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the Matlab_R2018b software is used to process and analyze the data,and finally calculate and determine the weight coefficients of the evaluation indicators at all levels are calculated and determined.In the end,the fuzzy index method is used to validate the entire indicator system.The main conclusions of this study are described as follows.(1)The evaluation index system of mathematics classroom teaching quality in primary school includes teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effect,which eleven secondary evaluation indicators.(2)Among them,the relative weight coefficient of primary evaluation indicators teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effect is 0.174,0.332,and 0.494,respectively.The new idea of this study is that the operational definition of the quality of mathematics classroom teaching in primary school is tried to put forward for the first time.According to this,from the view of the research thinking of constructing evaluation index system based on operational definition,the present study trys to construct the evaluation index system of primary school mathematics classroomteaching quality by means of educational measurement and evaluation,which includes three dimensions: teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effect.In summary,this research combined the qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the primary school mathematics classroom teaching quality evaluation index system.However,due to the researchers' limited research level and lack of practical experience in front-line classroom teaching and limited research time,the researcher still has some limitations.There are some shortcomings in the number of samples and the scope of samples,and we can not do further practice in the classroom teaching of mathematics in primary schools.So the research can be further improved and deepened in the future.
