As a basic form of teaching,classroom teaching is not only directly related to the level of running a school and the quality of educating students,but also related to the implementation of the national education policy at the school level.In recent years,many policy documents issued by the state have proposed to further play the role of the classroom as the main position and improve the quality of classroom teaching in view of classroom teaching in the obligatory stage.With the development of science education,the subject of primary school science has been paid more and more attention,especially in the newly issued primary school science curriculum standards in 2017,which put forward many requirements for cultivating students' scientific literacy.Therefore,it is also necessary to improve the current teaching quality of primary school science lessons,and improve teachers' teaching level of primary school science subjects.Having a better evaluation index of primary school science classroom teaching quality can improve the management level of classroom teaching and promote the development of science curriculum.It has certain reference significance for school leaders and primary school science teachers to check the teaching quality of primary school science classroom.But at the moment,the elementary school science classroom teaching quality evaluation index is relatively scarce,so the core content of this study is through consulting relevant literature,in the opinions of the experts and first-line teachers integration,using literature method,questionnaire method,expert consultation method,observation method and other methods to build a good reliability and validity of the elementary school science classroom teaching quality evaluation index system.The research on the evaluation system of primary school science classroom teaching quality is mainly carried out from five aspects: firstly,in the collation and analysis of related literature on the evaluation of primary school science classroom teaching quality,the evaluation index system of primary school science classroom teaching quality is preliminarily conceived;The evaluation index system of primary school science classroom teaching quality with expert validity was finally established after two expert opinions were collected and modified and integrated.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the views of primary school science teachers on the importance of each index,and the reliability and validity of the evaluation system were tested.The weight system of primary school science classroom quality evaluation index system is established by using expert ranking method.The construction of the primary school science classroom teaching quality evaluation index system is applied to the primary school science classroom teaching,on the one hand to test the applicability and operability of the index system,on the other hand to promote the continuous improvement of teachers' teaching ability,and then improve the overall quality of primary school science classroom teaching.The results show that the evaluation index system of primary school science classroom teaching quality constructed in this study has good reliability and validity,and is operable and applicable in practical application,which can provide reference advice for primary school science class and better improve the quality of primary school science classroom teaching.
