Nowadays,compared with the teaching of high school ideological and political class in the background of the new curriculum reform,the teaching of the high school ideological and political class has made great progress,the teacher can contact the life reality in the teaching,the setting of the education goal also takes into account the content of the emotional attitude value,but the content of the teaching content is still boring,The author thinks that it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the teaching reflection of the senior high school ideological and political class.Teaching reflection is an important link in teachers' teaching activities and plays an important role in guiding teaching.The higher the effective degree of teaching reflection is,the more beneficial it is for teachers to correct their teaching behavior in time,and to improve teachers' teaching efficiency and their comprehensive quality.At the same time,it is also helpful for teachers to find teaching methods suitable for students' own actual situation,and to improve the efficiency of students' self-regulated learning.Nowadays,the new curriculum reform requires teachers to change the teaching concept,improve the teaching quality,and whether the teaching reflection is effective or not is related to the implementation of the new curriculum reform requirements or not.This article is inspired by the new curriculum reform,in reference to their own teaching practice and ideological and political education.On the base of the theory,the author has carried on the theoretical research and practice exploration on the validity of the teaching reflection of the high school ideological and political course,and put forward the suggestions and methods of improving the effectiveness of the anti-reflective teaching.The text of this paper is divided into three chapters: the first chapter of the article explains the relevant connotation of the validity of the teaching reflection,and describes the factors that influence the validity of the teaching reflection and the importance of improving the effectiveness of teaching reflection.In the second chapter,the author makes a study on theeffectiveness of the teaching reflection of the high school political teachers by using the current survey method.According to the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the bad phenomenon and the formation of the teachers' reflection on the effectiveness of the teaching reflection at the present stage.Because The third chapter mainly discusses the ways to improve the effectiveness of teachers' teaching reflection from four aspects: teachers,students,teaching environment and examination mechanism,so as to ensure that the teachers of high school teaching politics can achieve the desired results in the reflection link.
