Yu Yongzheng is a famous Chinese teacher in primary school.After graduation from Xuzhou normal school,he has been engaged in primary education and teaching.He used to be the director of teaching and research office in Gulou district.Studying his teaching practice will be of far-reaching guiding significance for teachers to improve their teaching ideas,reform classroom teaching and better implement curriculum standards.This article uses the case analysis method and the literature research method,starts with Yu Yongzheng's teaching experience and his works,carries on the detailed concrete research analysis to the Yu Yongzheng Chinese teaching process,the teaching wisdom,the teaching wisdom enlightenment.This research mainly has five parts:preface.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current research on Yu Yongzheng's teaching,defines the word "teaching wisdom" which is rarely studied,and then proposes the research ideas and significance of this paper.In the first chapter,according to Yu Yongzheng's teaching career,his teaching process is divided into three stages.Starting from the growth process of the three stages,the author studies Yu Yongzheng's teaching characteristics and summarizes the influence of these characteristics on Chinese teaching.In the second chapter,according to the scholars' research on Yu Yongzheng's teaching characteristics,the author puts forward the teaching wisdom,and studies and elaborates on Yu Yongzheng's teaching wisdom by closely defining the concept of teaching wisdom.Then,the author discusses the performance of Yu Yongzheng's teaching wisdom in specific teaching from various aspects by combining specific examples,and analyzes its essence and uniqueness.The third chapter,through the overall analysis and research of the teaching process and teaching wisdom,carries on the deep thinking to Yu Yongzheng's Chinese teaching wisdom,summarizes its aim at teachers,new teachers,primary school teachers,Chinese discipline construction enlightenment,as well as the influence on teachers' professional quality and development.In the conclusion part,the author clarifies the context of the article and clarifies the logical relationship between chapters to further clarify the theme of Yu Yongzheng's teaching wisdom,so as to influence the educators to attach importance to teaching wisdom and integrate Yu Yongzheng's excellent teaching methods and teaching skills into his own teaching.On this basis.
