Research On Mixed Teaching Mode Of University Physical Education Based On QQ Group

The ultimate goal of college physical education is to effectively enhance students' physical and mental health,so that students can be more skilled in mastering and applying basic sports and health knowledge and sports skills,and cultivate their interest in sports.In the current college physical education class dominated by traditional teaching,students' initiative is not high,no interest in sports,so that students lack physical exercise,resulting in the decline of college students' physique.With the rapid development of information technology,network teaching has become a new educational form in the era of knowledge-based economy and an important means for people to build a learning system.But the single network teaching effect is not ideal,so Beijing Normal University Professor He Kekang put forward a hybrid teaching model,through the integration of network teaching into the traditional classroom to improve students' enthusiasm and interest in sports,to improve students' physique.Following the guideline of health first,quality education and lifelong education,this paper uses QQ group platform to combine online teaching with offline teaching,summarizes and analyzes the teaching mode,and summarizes the elements of the hybrid teaching mode and the general process of its construction.First of all,the use of literature,interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods;secondly,on the basis of literature research and university physical education teaching status survey,the use of questionnaires Liaocheng University public physical education teaching status and students' basic information literacy survey and analysis,the purpose is to Understand the current situation and problems of college physical education,and analyze the feasibility of the implementation of the hybrid teaching model in College Physical Education class;on this basis,the author further clarifies the key elements of the hybrid teaching model of college physical education,and puts forward the prototype of the hybrid teaching model.The final conclusions are as follows:1.mining the functional characteristics of QQ group platform,constructing a mixed teaching mode of University Physical Education Based on QQ group.2.put forward the concrete implementation process of mixed teaching mode in College PE classes.3.The constructed mixed mode is verified by the application of teaching mode in the course of physical fitness and quality,and good results have been achieved.Therefore,this mode has certain popularization and application value in physical education teaching.This article mainly divides into five parts,the first part is the research overview,the literature review in this study;the second part is the feasibility study based on the basis of the overview of the research and the analysis of the status quo;the third part is a simple flow of mixed teaching mode;the fourth part is based on Liaocheng University.The last part is the conclusions and prospects of this study,specifically elaborating the conclusions of the study and further follow-up research.
