Research On The Countermeasures Of Child Anti-sexual Invasion In Compulsory Education

Recently,child sexual assault occurred frequently,children which in compulsory education are more easily to become the target.This paper takes the children which in the compulsory education as the research object,trying to find out the reason why kids involve in sexual assault by empirical analysis base on the judicial precedent cases of Guizhou Province.The causes for the child sexual abuse in compulsory education can be divided into external incentives and internal motivations.The external incentives include schools bear the primary liability not enough in children's anti-sexual invasion in education,the family lack of awareness to prevent sexual assault,legislation flaws in punishing offenders and society did not create an environment in which sexual crime can be prevention.The internal motivation include offenders sexual psychology and child cognitive obstacles about sex.And author will discuss a system on how to prevent children's sexual-abuse in compulsory education,which is mainly constructed from the aspects of school,family,judicial protection and society.For school,it should pay more attention to anti-sexual aggression education,focus more on the anti-sexual education courses,providing professional teachers,adopting appropriate teaching methods,improving the teacher's access mechanism.We should strengthen the judicial protection of child sexual-abuse,by exploring the formulation of special laws,the improvement of litigation procedures,the establishment of sexual crime registration systems and the introduction of “chemical castration” punishment methods etc.Trying to establish safe living and learning environment for juvenile in compulsory education.
