Class management is the top priority of each school's moral education management,and it is related to the achievement of school education and teaching goals.Class management is for students,and the effectiveness of class management is also reflected in whether students can become adults.Therefore,class management plays a very important role for both schools and students.The class teacher is the core force of student management and bears the difficulty and challenge of class management.In the process of class management,we should find out the law of physical and mental development of secondary vocational students,grasp the characteristics of secondary vocational students,and sum up experience in daily class management.At the same time,the class teacher should also follow the development of the times,actively learn and use advanced management methods to form a class management strategy suitable for the characteristics of secondary vocational students and suitable for the professional development of secondary vocational students,and finally achieve the improvement of class management effectiveness.The structure of this paper is mainly composed of the following four parts:Part one: introduction.First of all,it discusses the reasons for writing the thesis and the significance and research value of the topic.Secondly,the relevant core concepts and theoretical support in this study are defined.Thirdly,a detailed research summary of the status quo of class management research at home and abroad has been made.Finally,the ideas and key points of this research were clarified,and the main research methods were determined.Part two: the investigation of the current situation of class management in tourism majors of secondary vocational schools.The research is mainly based on the L secondary vocational school in Panzhihua.Through a large number of questionnaires and interview survey data,there is a clear understanding of the problems in the class management work.At the same time,student growth cases show that class management has achieved results.Finally,based on the results of data,failure and success,we should summarize the issues that should be paid attention toin class management of secondary vocational tourism.Part three: focuses on the analysis of the problems in the professional class management of secondary vocational tourism.It is discussed from four aspects:students themselves,student families,social environment,and school environment.The final result: the student's problem does not come from a single aspect,but the result of several aspects of synergy.The content and significance of class management is to optimize this synergy and make students' physical and mental health develop.Part four: the research on the promotion strategy of class management in secondary vocational schools.According to the characteristics of the moral education management of L secondary vocational school in Panzhihua and the professional characteristics of the students,the author tried to put forward his own class management suggestions according to his own experience of taking classes and the experience of learning from excellent class teachers.
