GuangXi B College is a newly-established regional undergraduate college which upgraded from a vocational college under the background of China’s college enrollment. For B College, the biggest challenge is that taking the level of hardware facilities and faculties in a vocational college to meet the needs of undergraduate college. Therefore, for the B College with hardware weakness, scientific and efficient management of human resources is particularly important for the development of the college. For the managers of B College, withdraw link in the human resource management has become one of the most intractable problems.This paper starts from the summary of the previous research results. From the perspective of human resource management, combined relevant theory with the B College’s reality, this paper generalizes withdraws of the faculty as the elimination withdraw and the loss withdraw, they are quite opposite in form. It analyzes the overview of human resource management of B College, and then focuses on the field of human resources withdraw. Two withdraw phenomena are discussed separately in depth. This paper analyzes mainly from college itself, individual factors and social environmental factors. Then, this paper analyzes the impacts incurred by two kinds of withdraw phenomenon, especially the negative impact.At the end of this paper, it proposes some suggestions on how to improve the human resources withdraw mechanism of B College which involves internal and external environment. Including college itself, individual faculty, policies and regulations etc.
