Textbooks are the concrete embodiment of curriculum standards,the carrier of teaching content,the basis of teaching and learning,and the support of teaching process.Textbooks play an important role in school Education.The value of textbooks is embodied in scientific structure,systematic content and logical form.Relevant topics include research on textbook compilation theory,the structure,the content,the knowledge and the presentation design,etc.Music teaching materials,as an important part of school education too,have the same research value as others.Because of the particularity of music art and music discipline,the research on music education textbooks should not only conform to the framework of education textbook research,but also ensure the unique way of thinking and research angle to achieve the goal of music education and the presentation of the significance of music education.Under the current environment of steady development of comparative study of music education,comparative study of music textbooks has become the trend of music textbook research.This study reviews the compilation of music textbooks through static comparison of Chinese and Japanese music textbooks,including the analysis of the structure,content selection,music knowledge organization and presentation of music textbooks.This thesis mainly uses literature analysis,data statistical analysis and comparative analysis.The research objects are the music teaching materials of Hunan Art publishing(Music1-6)and KYO-GEI publishing(The music of primary students1-6).This paper chooses the comparative research method,makes a comparative analysis and Reflection on the Chinese and Japanese music textbooks being used,and finds out their advantages and disadvantages more intuitively and comprehensively.The process of research is the process of seeking new things.The purpose of this paper is to carry on the advantages and shortcomings,hoping to play a role in our music textbooks.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,body,summary and reflection.The introduction part elaborates the background,value and significance of this study,the current research situation and the research object and method.The body part is consists three chapters.Chapter 1:General description of the relevant concepts of music teaching materials,the status and role of music teaching materials in music education and music class,and the compilation,examination and approval system and guiding ideology of Japanese music textbooks;Chapter 2: Sorting out and analyzing Chinese and Japanese music textbooks separately according to the structural division of system theory.Assistance system,music system,Knowledge system and exercise system;Chapter 3: Compares the two editions of primary school music textbooks in detail by chapter 2.The summary and reflection part refines the characteristics of Chinese(Hunan version)music textbooks which highlight humanism and Japanese(Yunban version)music textbooks which highlight aesthetic and practical features.It also tries to put forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to compile music textbooks for primary schools based on students,how to set up the content of textbooks,and how to highlight the setting of national music more effectively in music textbooks.We will try our best to attract more thoughts on compiling and setting up music textbooks for primary schools in our country.To put forward reasonable suggestions and effective measures for the development of music textbooks in China.
