Red culture originated in the years of revolutionary war,and was endowed with new connotations in the new practice of construction and reform and opening up.It is a concentrated display of the values and spiritual outlook of the Chinese communists,and a distinctive cultural landscape in the Chinese historical picture scroll of the 20 th century.This paper takes "research on the application of local red cultural resources in moral and rule of law courses in junior high school" as the topic,focusing on the main line of the relationship between local red cultural resources and moral and rule of law course education and teaching,explore contained in the red culture resources of dedication,seeking truth from facts,hard work,innovation,collectivism,patriotism and other revolutionary spirit of the rich and thick cultural connotation of how to inheritance and carry forward,in order to further study of morality and the rule of law curriculum development and utilization of local red culture resources related issues,such as to provide theoretical and practical exploration.In this paper,the relevant theories of red culture resources are summarized;This paper analyzes the necessity of using local red culture resources in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school from four dimensions,including the struggle in the field of ideology,the guidance of contemporary social trends of thought,the enrichment of classroom teaching materials and the expansion of teaching contents;This paper analyzes the feasibility of applying local red culture resources in junior high school moral and rule of law teaching from three aspects: the requirement of "new curriculum reform" policy,the positive guidance of young people's values,and the diversification of teaching methods;It is pointed out that the teaching process should adhere to the principle of conformity with the connotation of quality-oriented education,the principle of conformity with the teaching concept under the new curriculum reform,the principle of coordinated and unified development and utilization,the principle of combination with the content of teaching materials,and the principle of local differences;This paper probes into the application oflocal red culture resources in moral and legal courses of junior high school from three aspects: improving the guarantee mechanism and creating a good atmosphere in the school,improving the teacher's main body ability and red culture accomplishment,highlighting the value of red culture in teaching and optimizing the classroom teaching effect.
