The junior high school “Ethics and Rule of Law” textbook has rich model resources,which carries the excellent traditional Chinese virtues,ethics,values,and awareness of the rule of law.It is Valuable resource for patriotism education,law education,party history and national conditions education.However,the presentation of role models,the description of deeds,and the characterization of spirit and personality in textbooks are static.This requires teachers to screen,reorganize,and transform them so that static teaching resources can play active teaching value.To sort out the texts of the example resources in the textbook of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools,and analyze the teaching application of the example resources in the textbooks,which will help to enrich the theoretical research on the teaching of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" and provide teaching materials for frontline teachers.The teaching application of model resources in China provides some theoretical guidance and methodological references.The role model resource in the textbook refers to the sum of the deeds,personality,spirit and other elements of the role model who is conducive to achieving the teaching goal and has a strong motivational and infectious effect in the organization of role model teaching activities.Through text analysis,it is found that there are more modern role models in textbooks than ancient and modern role models.The personality of role models has distinctive characteristics of the times,the presentation form is mainly written narrative,and the content is mainly character activities.There are many types of role models.Characteristic and hierarchical,model deeds are representative and pertinent,model personality has inheritance and transcendence,model spirit has the characteristics of time and practice.At the same time,there are some limitations in the content setting of role model resources: some role models are not real enough,some role models are too lagging,and some role models are inadequately introduced.Through interviews and classroom observations,the use of model resources in the junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" textbook has a gratifying aspect: Many teachers performed well in the view of model resources,student views,and technical operations,but A small number of teachers have such problems as subjective and arbitrary selection of role models,polarized presentation of role model information,lack of ability to interpret role models,and insignificant effects of using role model resources in teaching.The reasons are the insufficient construction of a model resource bank,the lack of innovation in teachers' teaching methods,the need to improve the comprehensive literacy of teachers and the bad demonstrations of peer groups,etc.Measures to strengthen the use of role model resources in the junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" textbook include: scientific analysis of role model resources by effectively constructing a role model resource library and strengthening of role model resources research.Reasonable selection of role models by screening and selecting real role models,moderately expanding real-time role models,and tailor-made class role models.Three-dimensional presentation of role models by expanding character introductions,learning to accurately ask questions,and innovating presentation methods.In-depth interpretation of the deeds of the model by accurately digging the lofty spirit of the model,telling the story of the model,and giving the model the connotation of the age by science.Penetration the role model spirit by organizing a variety of practical activities,creating a learning atmosphere of the role model,and formulating a long-term role model learning mechanism.
