Modern and contemporary prose is an important part of Chinese teaching in senior high school.Modern and contemporary prose is characterized by its shape,quality and beauty as well as rich connotation,which plays an important role in enriching literary knowledge,improving aesthetic ability and cultivating students' Chinese accomplishment.However,in the tide of the new curriculum reform,there are many problems in the teaching of modern and contemporary prose due to the utilitarianism,teachers' laches,students' exhaustion and the improper use of multimedia.Text close reading,as a new theory introduced from the western new criticism,is mainly used in the field of literature at first,and then extended to Chinese teaching.The close reading of the text emphasizes that teachers and students should base themselves on the text and start from the language in the text to dig out the deep implication and hidden emotion in the text,so that they can have some experience and perception after sinking into the text.As an effective method,close reading of texts can fundamentally solve the problems in prose teaching.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper mainly adopts four research methods,namely,literature review,interview,observation and case analysis,to analyze the application research of the Chinese version close reading method in modern and contemporary prose teaching in senior high school.The main contents are as follows:The introduction mainly expounds the research background,research status,research significance and research methods of the close reading method,among which the research methods mainly include literature method,interview method,observation method and case analysis method.The first part of the text mainly expounds the theoretical overview and teaching principles of close reading,among which the teaching principles are the two main principles of student autonomy and teacher-oriented.The second part lists the value of applying the close reading of texts to modern and contemporary prose,mainly from the four aspects of stimulating students' interest in Chinese learning,enriching students' Chinese knowledge,cultivating students' aesthetic quality and improving students' ability of inquiry learning.The third part mainly analyzes the problems and causes in the prose teaching nowadays,the author through the internship experience and interview the teachers and students,mainly puts forward the surface layer interpretation,a single interpretation and distort the interpretation of the three main problems,and the main cause of theseproblems are respectively the teachers do not take the modem and contemporary prose teaching,students' lack of modem and contemporary prose study interest,improper use of multimedia and modern and contemporary prose needs to improve teaching methods,etc.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,combining theoretical level and practical level,specifically expounds the application of text to the prose teaching operability of the method,from the preparation,teaching,practice after class and teachers need to be aware of when applying text method problem elaborates on four aspects,and combining the actual teaching cases,more intuitive understanding of the role of text in the prose teaching,hopes can bring some enlightenment to high school Chinese teaching.The last part points out the problems that teachers should pay attention to when using the close reading of texts,that is,the combination of overall perception and close reading,to avoid using teachers to replace students' close reading and random interpretation that deviates from the main idea.The conclusion part makes a brief summary of the research significance and main content of the paper,and prospects the future research of the paper.
