The “Belt and Road” is an important background of the times,and Sino-foreign cooperative education has also undergone new changes in the context of the new era.Based on the case of cooperation in running schools in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes and records the background,operation status and existing problems of the project,and analyzes the causes of the phenomenon.From the government level,the enterprise level,and the school level,it is proposed to participate in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.In the context of the “One Belt,One Road” initiative,Chinese-foreign cooperative education in emerging economies should boldly go out in line with their own advantages,seize new historical opportunities and force schools to transform and upgrade,and strengthen connotation construction.At the same time,we must deepen research and identify our own positioning.Blindly from the big stream should combine its own advantages and joint ventures to do more social training and short-term training,and actively participate in the Sino-foreign cooperative education in the context of the new era.This article takes Yuxi E Vocational High School as an example,using case study method,from the aspects of teaching management,student management,project management,and fund management,the experience and existence of E vocational high school in Sino-foreign cooperative education.The problem is analyzed,and on this basis,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are proposed.China-foreign cooperative education has gradually undergone new changes since the introduction of quality education resources more than 20 years ago.In the process of “One Belt,One Road”,China's vocational education has also been “exported” to countries along the line.However,this kind of cooperation is still primitive and low-level.From the sample schools in this study,we can see the characteristics of China's vocational education in Sino-foreign cooperative education at the present stage: the government is leading,and the supervision is insufficient;the school undertakes and the self-construction is insufficient.The quality of running a school is not high;enterprises are absent and do not participate in the education and teaching process.As an important part of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education can participate in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,but secondary vocational schools have blocked due to lack of funds for running schools,low level of development,lack of international exchange experience,and serious shortage of teachers.Secondary vocational education participates in the pace of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.In the historical stage of the establishment of Sino-foreign cooperative education in cooperation with Western developed countries,the introduction of high-quality educational resources has been marginalized due to its own restrictions.Under the background of the “Belt and Road”,the secondary vocational schools should be combined with the Sino-foreign cooperation in the emerging economies.Bold out of its own advantages,seize the new historical opportunities and force the school to transform and upgrade,and strengthen the connotation construction.At the same time,we must deepen our research,find out our own positioning,and avoid blind follow-up.We should combine our own advantages and joint ventures to do more social training and short-term training,and actively participate in the Sino-foreign cooperative education in the new era.The first part: Introduction.It mainly includes the reasons for choosing the topic,the question,the research status,research ideas and innovation.The second part: the basic theory and historical development of Sino-foreign cooperative education,the definition of the core concept in this study.Part III: Introduction and case analysis of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in secondary vocational schools.Part IV: Analysis of the problems and causes of the cases.The fifth part: from the government level,industry and enterprise level,school level to face the secondary vocational schools to carry out Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools to give advice and suggestions.
