In the course of the whole social development,education shoulders the expectations of the people and the destiny of the country,education is the basis for improving the quality of the whole people,for training socialist successors,and for promoting national development.In recent years,under the guidance of the strategic measures of rejuvenating the country by education and strengthening the country by talents,education has developed vigorously and the role of teachers has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the problem of teachers' job burnout has also attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Based on a questionnaire survey of 280 junior middle school mathematics teachers in Daqing City and individual interviews,this paper finds that there are some problems in the junior middle school mathematics teachers in Daqing City,such as uneven sex ratio,heavy workload of teachers,great discipline pressure,and difficult evaluation of professional titles.The results of "burnout scale" show that the burnout level of junior middle school mathematics teachers is higher.Among them,the mean score of repression is the highest,indicating that the respondents are outstanding in repression.This paper analyzes the causes of mathematics teachers' burnout from three aspects: society,school and teachers.In terms of social factors,the society generally has high expectations on teachers,believing that teachers are omnipotent.The reasons are mainly due to the increase of parents' expectations on children and the direct impact of exam-oriented education on teachers.In terms of school factors,on the one hand,the school's management system and evaluation system are not perfect,on the other hand,the school largely ignores teachers' mental health problems.In terms of teachers' personal factors,teachers' inaccuracy in social positioning,lack of self-understanding and objective evaluation,slow updating of knowledge and other aspects will cause teachers' job burnout.On the basis of the above research,this paper suggests: to alleviate the burnout of junior middle school mathematics teachers,at the macro-social level,we should have the correct guidance of public opinion,improve teachers' salary and pay,change parents' ideas;at the level of middle school,we should improve and perfect various systems,create a good school working environment,effectively guide teachers' psychology and strengthen teachers' morality.Education;On the micro-personal level,teachers should learn to release their psychological pressure,learn to communicate with others,face their profession correctly,constantly improve their professional level and innovate teaching methods.
