Following the requirements of the basic education reform of the country,a series of inquiry activities have been carried out with the music teachers in rural primary schools as the research direction,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the current level of the music teachers in rural primary schools,to accurately grasp the working conditions of the music teachers in rural primary schools,to thoroughly analyze the problems in the work,to put forward corresponding solutions and to continue to advance.To sum up and improve,further promote the development of music education in Liuyang,explore an efficient way to innovate the music education system,and finally complete the work report on the quality of local music teachers.Through the determination of the quality evaluation system of music teachers,this study focuses on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the quality of music teachers in rural primary schools in Liuyang,and on the basis of this,puts forward that attention should be paid to the cultivation and improvement of music teachers in rural primary schools.Around the above problems,the research is carried out from the following four aspects.Firstly,on the basis of defining the concepts and connotations of teachers' quality and music teachers' quality components in current relevant studies,it is clear that music teachers' quality is a multi-dimensional comprehensive concept,which is a comprehensive reflection of individual's professional ethics accomplishment,music basic knowledge,music understanding and performanceability.Secondly,it summarizes the multi-dimensional comprehensive quality as the professional quality of music teachers and makes statistics and analysis.Thirdly,the professional qualities of music teachers in rural primary schools in Liuyang City are analyzed.Fourthly,in view of the existing problems of music literacy of rural primary school music teachers in Liuyang City,combined with the needs of music literacy training,the paper puts forward the training countermeasures of rural primary school music teachers' literacy.Finally,the preliminary conclusions of the study and the practical difficulties and shortcomings in the research process are summarized and prospected.
