With the deepening of our country new round elementary education curriculum reform,classroom management status became apparent in the field of basic education in our country.In our country,research about teachers' classroom management started relatively late compared with abroad and weak.So this article main needle this subject for research.Hunchun X high school classroom management as always to create a powerful way of efficient classroom,over the years,the school teachers'classroom management level had the very big development.Especially in the school since 2008,every year to strengthen teachers' classroom management level as a top priority in the work,each teacher in work and practice of continuous growth.First of all,this study established the hunchun X high school classroom management status questionnaire and hunchun X high school classroom management factors questionnaire,for hunchun X line 234 high school teachers has carried.Analysis hunchun X high school classroom management present situation,comparing the difference between the different development stage of teachers' classroom management,analysis the influence factors of hunchun X high school classroom management,the differences in the analysis of the influence of different factors on the classroom management,to explore different stages of a teacher' s classroom management improvement measures.1,hunchun X high school teachers classroom management overall level close to a higher level.2,hunchun X high school teachers classroom management attitude is close to a higher level,but the classroom management behavior is not high.3,novice teachers and skilled novice teachers,qualified teachers,business lean phase differences between teachers' classroom management level.4,hunchun X high school teachers classroom management,goal management,discipline,are significant differences in the classroom interpersonal relationship management.According to each type of the main factors that influence the teacher' s classroom management,various types of teachers:1,for the novice stage of teachers' classroom management,schools should step up to a job just concentrated into the pre-service training of teachers,teachers' pre-service education pays special attention to the novice stage play to the role models of the good old teacher,can adopt the method of teacher and pupil teaching help novice stage of teachers in classroom management level.2,for the novice stage of skilled teachers,classroom management school by some competition activities to stimulate the teachers promote their work ability and accumulate more experience in organization and management,promote the improvement of classroom management.3,stages of teachers' classroom management,to pay special attention to the personal qualities of the teacher,not as the lengthen of time have any slack off a little.Schools can regular assessment of teacher' s personal qualities,supervise and urge its cannot relax,to pay attention to individual quality promotion of teachers shall be rewarded.4,for the business of lean phase of teachers' classroom management,to create the opportunity to make its body shoulder heavy responsibility,in order to maintain and enhance the ability to work,school,can consider to let the teacher prepares a lesson as a discipline leader or group leader,make them feel reuse and trust,and constantly improve themselves,at the same time,schools should also be more get students from students to the teacher' s classroom management evaluation,can at the end of each semester,a student of the teacher assessment,classroom management for high test scores,school to praising at the conference,and plus,in the midst of year-end appraisal for evaluation result under the mark,the headmaster wanted to talk with the alone,solve confusion of teachers in classroom management.
