At present,with the overall promotion of quality education in primary and secondary schools in China,people's understanding and Research on education are more detailed,and the requirements for all aspects of education and environment are higher and higher.Among them,the importance of home school cooperative education has become one of the most concerned aspects.The research shows that a scientific,reasonable,relaxed and efficient home school cooperation environment plays an important role in the process of students' growth and learning.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of research achievements in home school cooperation.They have made significant breakthroughs in the theoretical basis and types of home school cooperation,which has played a guiding role in the development of home school cooperation.In China,the effect of home school cooperation in the middle school stage is different due to the different regional development,which presents different characteristics and problems,which need to be explored and studied.Based on the existing research basis at home and abroad,this study combed the theoretical knowledge of home school cooperation;combined with the current situation of home school cooperation in Inner Mongolia forest region,made a survey and research,compiled the "Genhe No.2 Middle School home school cooperation questionnaire",and carried out the preliminary test and reliability and validity test.In the process of testing,according to the opinions of some education experts and parents,the questionnaire was modified to eliminate the items that did not meet the standards.Finally,a formal questionnaire on the current situation of home school cooperation in Genhe No.2 middle school in Inner Mongolia was formed.Using the questionnaire as a measurement tool,100 teachers and 200 parents of students were selected as the survey objects,and some of them were interviewed.After investigation and interview,I learned the current situation and problems of home school cooperation in high school in Genhe City,Inner Mongolia.After sorting out,we find that these problems are mainly reflected in cooperation consciousness,cooperation mode,cooperation content,cooperation participation and cooperation mechanism.By analyzing and sorting out the results of investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the high school home school cooperation in Genhe City,the cooperation consciousness of both parties(parents and teachers)is weak,which can not form a scientific and effective cooperation.There are obvious differences in cultural literacy between the two sides of education,which leads to different cognition and attitude towards home school cooperation,and low willingness to home school cooperation.2.The way of home school cooperation in Genhe high school is simple,traditional and not long-term.The cooperative communication mainly relies on the regular parent meeting,telephone and wechat communication.Family school communication is mainly school centered,with single indoctrination,one-sided theme and unequal status.The effect of communication is not long.3.The content of home school cooperation in Genhe high school is single,and the communication between the two sides is mainly based on the students' academic achievements and learning habits.Both sides of the family and school talk only according to the results of the students' examinations and neglect the cultivation of the students' comprehensive quality.Both sides think that the students in the high school stage do not need to carry out too much education of moral character and target consciousness,and ignore the needs of the students' main emotions and emotions.4.The participation degree of family school cooperation in high school in Genhe City is not high,so it is difficult to form a joint effect.The gap between the two sides in cultural quality directly leads to the obstacles and misunderstandings in the process of home school cooperation and communication;the positioning of the status in each other's cooperation makes them consciously distinguish each other's responsibilities.Originally,it should be a team partnership,which has evolved into a separate branch of education,losing the best opportunity for active participation.5.The mechanism of family school cooperation in high school of Genhe City is not perfect,lacking supervision and evaluation.Parents and teachers are not clear about the existing relevant systems and institutions,and do not understand the home school cooperation policies implemented by schools and education departments.There is a lack of systematic planning and process evaluation in the work of home school cooperation.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)change the educational concept and enhance the cooperation consciousness of both sides.(2)enrich the way of home school cooperation,improve the operation rules,and clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.(3)enrich the content of home school cooperation and optimize the education environment of students.(4)establish a special management organization and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism.
