In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of industries and the acceleration of economic restructuring,the demand for skilled talents in various industries has become more and more urgent,and the position and role of vocational education has become prominent.At the same time,the structure of vocational education is not reasonable,the quality needs to be improved,and the teaching ability of teachers is weak.The problem of secondary vocational education is more prominent.Therefore,many secondary vocational schools want to seek development through transformation and upgrading.G province D school is one of them.However,in the context of transformation and upgrading,what is needed is not only the improvement of hardware facilities,but also the improvement of teachers' strength,which will directly affect the professional development of teachers and the connotation development of schools.Aiming at the problems faced by teachers in school transformation and upgrading in G province D,this study takes interview and questionnaire survey as the main research methods,selects more than 100 front-line teachers in the school as the research object,and studies the teaching adaptation strategies of teachers in the process of transformation and upgrading of secondary vocational education.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,literature review,research ideas and concept definition;the second and third chapters find out the current situation of secondary vocational teachers' teaching ability in school transformation and upgrading,as well as in-depth analysis of the causes through questionnaire analysis and a large number of literature research;the fourth chapter,the author combined with the previous research,analyzes the transformation and upgrading of secondary vocational school In the process,the factors that affect the improvement of teachers' teaching ability are analyzed,and the effective solutions are given.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the future research is prospected.This paper studies the role transformation and teaching ability improvement of secondary vocational teachers in the process of school transformation and upgrading,and finds that secondary vocational teachers are faced with problems such as backward development consciousness,weak teaching ability,lack of practical ability,lack of scientific research ability,and job burnout.In order to promote teachers' teaching adaptability,this paper attempts to put forward solutions from the school level and teachers' personal level.Schools need to formulate a series of optimization and improvement measures to integrate teachers' teams and improve teachers' strength as a whole;teachers themselves change from ideas to positive actions to improve teaching ability,practical ability and scientific research ability.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for teachers and schools facing the same problems.
