China is a nation that shorts of educational resources. The utmost important way to improve teaching quality is driven by a few teaching research people tutoring a large number of front-line teachers. The current elementary education revolution oriented by new curriculum brings up new requirements of professional quality for middle school Chinese teachers. The stagnation of present teaching research restricts the professional development of middle school Chinese teachers to some extent. It also hinders the further improvement of middle school teaching quality in the subject of Chinese.Based on the analysis of present situation of professional quality of Chinese teachers, professional development and the effectiveness of teaching research, through the collection of basic information of middle school Chinese teachers, their individual professional development of teaching career, the attendance of teaching research training, and the participation of team construction in the professional subject, the writer as a professional teaching research people puts forward effective strategies to improve the middle school Chinese teachers professional development, the first is the strategy of question-based and practice reflection, the second is the strategy of "the integration of study" as unit to develop effective research training, the third is the strategy of converting the motivation of teachers' attendance and the empowerment of success. To explore the new mode of "the integration of research and training", training driven by teaching research and in turn it serves to promote the teaching research. Developing the new field of teaching research, and improving the teaching research quality provides the theory of actions. At the same time, through effective research training helps middle school Chinese teachers meet the requirements of educational developments in the area of theory, knowledge and skills. The scientific approaches to promote teachers professional growth assists teachers improvement in profession development, improve teachers' knowledge and skills, reframe teachers teaching experience, and enhance the sustainable development of teachers' profession. Thus realize effective teaching and promote teaching quality simultaneously.
