In this study,the author takes Shandong Province in the southwest of rural private schools as the research object,the school is located at the junc tion of the three villages and towns,local factories less,farmers in the nearby villages mainly migrant workers,resulting in a large number of left.behind children.After the school found a large number of left behind children in this school after the phe nomenon,and actively focus on left behind children's groups,and the construction of boarding schools,to provide services for left behind children.The school actively for left behind children to link public welfare and other social resources,to seek the services of social organizations,it is for these factors,the school provides a great convenience for the intervention of social work.The author carries on the research to the school to carry on the research of the "Have me in a social work service",and explore the new intervention strategy to improve the level of social work service.In this study,the use of action research,the use of dynamic research process,to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of this study.Action research focuses on the change,the author's research,to see the changes in the environment of social workers,service objects and left-behind children.At the same time,I take the perspective of the problem as a starting point,through observation,evaluation and reflection,timely adjustment of intervention strategies,starting from the strengths perspective,found left-behind children their own potential and advantages,and give full play to the potential and advantages,promote the left-behind children to help people to help themse lves.The author in the study at the beginning of the school social worker in the collection,analysis of data,and carry out a needs survey,found that there are many problems and needs of left-behind children in school,social work for the role of experts involved in these problems,the problems of left-behind children,treatment however,the intervention can directly solve the problem from the perspective of left-behind children encounter problems also,there are a lot of problems.In the left-behind children,left-behind children present problems to solve,then encountered such a problem whether they can solve the social problems;the face is children,can not see hope,in a negative situation.I observed that social workers began to reflect,left-behind children have problems,whether it has its own advantages?After evaluation,the school social workers to change the perspective of intervention,from the perspective of advantages,to explore the advantages and potential of left-behind children,with their own advantages and potential to solve the problem,to achieve a left-behind children and social workers a win-win situation.This study uses the boarding school to provide a platform for boarding schools can provide more effective social work services for left-behind children at the same time,school social workers can use this platform to carry out a comprehensive service,involved in family and community,and to integrate these resources,give full play to the advantages of the perspective of advantage.
