With the steady improvement of the economic level,people are increasingly demanding the quality of education.However,due to the long-term existence of the structural contradictions of the rural teachers,the number of teachers who can teach music,sports and art is seriously insufficient.The opening of music,sports,and art courses cannot meet the requirements set by the national,that is,complete courses.The shortage of teachers in music,sports and art disciplines restricts the development of rural education.The lagged development of rural education has curbed the process of balanced development of compulsory education.Based on the above reasons,Ganzhou District(Zhangye,Gansu Province)took the lead in opening the “GCT Collaborative Model”(GCT is the abbreviation of “Administration+Curriculum Group+Training base”)for teacher training in the county,and according to localized training to crack the structural dilemma of insufficient teachers in music,sports and art disciplines in rural areas.This study mainly uses specific physical analysis,observation,questionnaire and interview methods.During the survey,the author collected the generative materials related to the“GCT Collaborative Model”in Ganzhou District.Through the interviews with the leaders of the Education Bureau,the necessity of constructing “GCT collaborative model” is analyzed from the perspective of teachers,students and the balanced development of education in Ganzhou.From the perspective of the internal and external factors of Ganzhou education development,this paper analyzed the feasibility of the “GCT collaborative model”.From the perspective of organizational transformation,management system,evaluation system and curriculum development,this paper discussed the specific strategies of the construction of “GCT collaborative model”.In addition,it also analyzed the characteristics of the construction of “GCT collaborative model” from three aspects: mode,form and main purpose.The implementation outlines of the teacher training in the field of the music,sports,art under the “GCT collaborative mode”,the respective responsibilities of the administration,the society and the base were summarized,and the basic steps of the teacher training of the subject of the music,sports and art disciplines in the “GCT collaborative mode” were discussed:identification of trained teachers,selection oftraining teachers,demand research,identification of training content,and training.A questionnaire is issued to the trained teachers.According to the investigation and analysis of training effects,the training effect was deeply analyzed from the perspectives of training teachers,training schools and trained teachers.Through analysis,research found that through the“GCT collaborative model”the number of music,sports and art teachers trainings has been improved;the teaching ability of the trained teachers has been improved;the activities of the art clubs in the schools have been promoted;the music,sports and art courses have been completed;several aspects have achieved good training results.To a certain extent,it alleviates the structural contradiction of the teachers of music,sports and art in rural areas.However,the training of music,sports and art teachers still exists the following problems: work and training cannot be properly arranged;training enthusiasm is weak,reward mechanism is lacking;GCT tripartite coordination is insufficient,be lack of legal identity;demand research is insufficient,demand-based training is difficult to take root and other issues.Therefore,it can start from the following aspects to improve the training effect of music,sports and art teachers under the “GCT collaborative mode”:coordination game theory,establish the concept of great development;establish teacher incentive mechanism,stimulate training enthusiasm;form “GCTU” normal training model,enhance legal identity;demand research will be able to obtain "true problems" and to do real research.
