Teachers are the first resource of education development and the power source of improving education quality.With the curriculum reform in the field of basic education and the further development of educational informatization,the professional development of teachers is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,the CPC central committee and the state council issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era in January 2018.In March 2018,the ministry of education and other five departments jointly issued the action plan for revitalizing teacher education.How to improve teacher training through informatization reform,strengthen capacity building and promote teacher professional development is a hot issue that the party central committee and the state council pay close attention to.Under this background,the research in this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on literature research,this paper systematically reviews the status quo of research on promoting teacher professional development through informatization both at home and abroad,and the policy orientation of promoting teacher professional development through informatization in China.It further clarifies the research ideas and provides the basis for the proposal of strategies.Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes the problems of teacher professional development in compulsory education in Gansu province.With the problems found in the investigation and research,through the typical case analysis of domestic informatization promoting basic education and teacher professional development,and the relatively successful expert interview and interview with teachers of the experimental school of gansu province using informatization to promote teacher professional development,this paper systematically summarizes the useful results available in this paper,as another basis for the strategy proposed in this paper.In this article,through comprehensive analysis of teachers' professional research status at home and abroad and domestic teachers' professional development policy orientation,the typical cases of domestic success,aiming at the problems existing in the compulsory education stage teacher professional development in gansu province,from the teachers' professional development,teacher resources access,teacher study way,department of regulatory cooperation,put forward the concept of teacher professional development of the compulsory education stage teacher professional development strategy.
