In high school history teaching,the use of historical materials has become the most common method.Teachers enrich teaching content,expand historical knowledge,help students learn more comprehensively and develop correct historical concepts by using historical materials in textbooks and supplementing historical materials other than textbooks.Up to now,historical educators and front-line teachers have made unprecedented research on the use of historical materials in teaching,and research results have emerged in endlessly.These research results show that the use of historical materials plays a very important role in today's history classroom.If we want to understand the history of the past,we must rely on historical materials.Based on this,this paper takes the course "Progress of Ancient Handicraft Industry" as the research object,and takes the methods of literature research,case study and classroom observation as the main research methods to explore the status of the use of historical materials in history teaching in senior high school.This paper mainly discusses the following four parts:The first part is to analyze the necessity of the application of historical materials in high school history teaching,and to discover the value of the application of historical materials in history teaching based on the author's teaching experience.The second part mainly defines the core concepts involved in the article.The author investigates the definition of historical materials and teaching of historical materials through literature research method,and puts forward his own understanding of relevant concepts.On this basis,through collecting and reading relevant documents,the author understands the application of historical materials at home and abroad.The third part,taking the course "Progress of Ancient Handicraft Industry" as an example,firstly carries on the teaching analysis to verify the teaching materials and learning conditions;secondly,carries out the teaching design,establishes three-dimensional goals and key difficulties according to the curriculum standards;finally,carries out the classroom practice,emphatically analyzes how the textual,pictorial and audiovisual historical materials are used in the course "Progress of Ancient Handicraft Industry".What effect does it have in every step of its application? The fourth part analyses the problems existing in the application of historical materials in the course "Progress of Ancient Handicraft Industry",and puts forward the corresponding strategies.This paper studies the application of historical materials in history teaching in senior high schools,conforms to the basic idea of national curriculum standards,and puts forward corresponding corrective measures in view of the existing problems in teaching practice,aiming at helping teachers improve the effectiveness of teaching,cultivating students' positive thinking,and giving full play to the educational function of history.
