In recent years,higher education has developed faster and faster,the number of postgraduates has been increasing continuously.The impetuous social atmosphere,the severe employment situation and the embarrassing disciplinary status have made the professional identity of postgraduates majoring in education,economics and management increasingly appear.In order to understand the professional identity of postgraduates majoring in education,economics and management in Shandong Province and its influencing factors,based on Rosenberg's attitude composition theory and semi-structured interviews,this study compiled the Questionnaire on Professional Identity of Master's Degree Postgraduates in Educational Economics and Management.From the preliminary test,formal test to the reliability and validity test,it is explained in detail.Data analysis by SPSS20.0 software shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and meets the requirements of psychometrics.This study selected five postgraduates from five universities in Shandong Province who specialize in education,economy and management,and studied the status quo of professional identity of postgraduates from three aspects:professional cognition,professional emotion and professional behavior.Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze gender,grade,cross-specialty,whether they had work experience before postgraduate entrance examination and whether they had work experience before postgraduate entrance examination.Adjustment and postgraduate students from different schools have carried on the difference analysis on various factors.This paper mainly analyses the influencing factors of professional identity from four aspects: professional objective environment,social factors,students' own factors and important others.The results show that the professional cognitive score of postgraduates majoring in education,economics and management in Shandong Province is3.01,the professional emotional score is 2.84,the professional behavior score is 2.98,and the overall level of professional identity(2.94)is in the middle and lower position.According to the investigation results and analysis of the professional identity of the graduate students majoring in education,economics and management in Shandong Province,the author puts forward suggestions from the following three aspects: students themselves,combined with their own situation,apply for the major prudently;actively adjust their mentality and improve professional self-confidence;colleges and universities training units,strengthen the construction of tutors,improve the frequency of communication between teachers and students;optimize training programs.To improve the curriculum;to improve learning conditions and create a strong academic atmosphere;to expand professional influence and enhance social recognition;to form a joint force between government,schools and enterprises to alleviate the employment pressure of graduate.
