In recent years,with the National Standards of physical Health for students(2014),The promulgation of such programmatic documents as the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physical Fitness of adolescents(2007)and the outline of the 2030 Plan for Health China(2016),The physical health of young students has been paid close attention to by the state and the relevant education departments,especially the school physical education and the physical education entrance examination has become the focus of the government,schools,parents and the community.With the increasing attention,the reform of the physical education examination policy and the increase of the test scores have resulted in the students,parents and teachers,as well as the schools,with a high degree of importance.Visual,pressure doubling.However,in the face of the great population of Henan Province,the pressure on students to study and test,to explore the impact of physical education in secondary school physical education teaching in Henan Province and the changes brought about by the physical examination in the middle school of Henan Province.How to promote the development of physical education teaching in middle school under the guidance of physical education examination is an important research subject faced by our sports workers.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis,this paper reviews the reform of physical education in middle schools from the perspective of physical education teaching in middle schools.This paper probes the changes of physical teaching in middle schools brought by the physical education examination reform as well as the influences of the reform.In view of the existing problems and disadvantages of junior middle school physical education under the guidance of high school entrance examination,this paper explores and discovers the new development of middle school physical education teaching,and reforms and optimizes the physical education teaching mode.To ensure that the implementation of the policy of adding physical education to the middle school moves towards a virtuous circle,to promote the improvement of young people's physical quality and the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness,and to push forward the implementation of this policy.The reform and innovation of physical education classroom teaching in junior middle school provides reference and for the teaching and development of first-line physical education teachers in the broad and rich PE teaching platform and mode.Through the research in this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the cognitive situation of physical education teachers and students in the examination of physical education,most of the PE teachers want to improve the score of the examination so as to achieve the purpose of urging the students to exercise physical training.The physical education teacher,based on the teaching goal of physical education,the arrangement of the teaching content of the physical education,and the selection of the teaching method,is mainly based on the physical quality practice,and deviates from the "the true meaning" of the comprehensive improvement of the physical quality of the students in the physical education as envisaged in the education department.2.Under the background of "Middle School entrance examination of physical Education",there are still teaching contents "examination-oriented" in junior middle school physical education,"pros and cons" of teenagers' physical quality,insufficient setting of additional examination items,resulting in deviation of teaching content.Physical education performance evaluation is single and other problems and drawbacks,we should avoid adverse factors.3.The middle school entrance examination of physical education promotes the positive development of physical education teaching in junior middle school: the atmosphere of physical education classroom teaching is active,the teaching content of physical education teachers is more and more abundant and updated,the teaching environment of physical education is improved,and the teaching environment of physical education is improved.The teaching method of physical education classroom also adds flexibility and pertinence,and the teaching evaluation tends to be diversified,so we should popularize the favorable factors and positive influence of optimization.4.Under the guidance of physical education entrance examination,this paper explores and finds out the changes and effects of physical education teaching in junior middle school,and accurately orientates the teaching objectives of physical education classroom according to the actual situation of the school and the provisions of the New Curriculum Standard.Physical education teachers should deal with the relationship between the additional examination items and the syllabus,and arrange the teaching contents reasonably.Optimize and screen the teaching methods,use rich and more perfect teaching evaluation methods to ensure the fairness of students' physical education performance evaluation,and present a physical education class that students really like.
