Documents such as opinions on comprehensively deepening the construction and reform of the teaching staff in the new era,action plan for the revitalization of teacher education(2018-2022)and opinions on implementing the excellent teacher training plan 2.0 clearly point out the need to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff in the new era and cultivate good teachers in big countries.Teachers' teaching ability is an important guarantee for the quality of classroom teaching,and educational technology ability,as an important part of teaching ability,is the key to carry out information teaching.The training of educational technology ability can be divided into two stages: pre-service training and post-service training.Pre-service training is the training of normal students.It can be seen that the educational technology ability of normal students is related to the quality of teachers.This research adopts literature research,survey method,observation method and interview method from normal training present situation,national policy documents at home and abroad to culture the students and teachers and education technology ability three aspects analysis summary,found that domestic there are students in the normal education technical ability training of education technology ability connotation and its master,understanding unclear situation normal education technical ability training with traditional way of curriculum culture,the contents of the education technical ability training problem such as lag the information teaching need,these problems seriously restrict the current normal education technical ability training effect,need to be addressed.This research is based on the information technology environment,the training mode construction and application research on the training of teachers' technical ability in higher normal colleges.Based on the teaching practice,this research uses the literature research method to summarize the current situation of the cultivation of normal students and their educational technology ability,clarifies the status quo of the cultivation of normal students at home and abroad and the status quo of blended learning,and analyzes the research on the cultivation of educational technology ability of normal students at home and abroad.The results achieved and the problems and deficiencies.Focusing on the current situation of the cultivation of educational technology ability of normal students in normal colleges and the level of educational technology ability of normal students,and combining the conclusions of the literature review,the problems of this research are established,and the specific educational technology competence system that normal students should master is compiled.content.Then based on humanism theory,constructivism theory,cooperative learning theory and individualized learning theory,this paper deeply analyzes the key elements of teaching mode,and combines the advantages of network education to propose corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the training of teachers' educational technology ability.Countermeasure,with the guiding ideology of innovative education as the guiding ideology,try to cultivate the educational technology ability of normal students from the theory to practice with the guidance of the design mode of the dominant-subject teaching system with the cultivation of the technical ability of normal students as the main body and the aid of diagnostic tools.mode.The model is divided into three stages: pre-preparation,mixed-cultivation,and evaluation feedback.The core part is the mixed-cultivation stage.It is characterized by the diagnosis of the student's knowledge status by means of diagnostic techniques in the pre-preparation stage,so that the student's knowledge structure can be visualized.To enhance the purpose of the teacher's study.In order to test the effect of the model application,the experimental research method was used to study the students of the physics major of A University for a one-semester training,collecting,sorting and analyzing the culture data.The results show that the culture model constructed in this study can be effective.The improvement of the technical ability of normal students,especially in the design and application of teaching systems,the application of flipping classrooms,and the design of teaching resources,is particularly prominent.At the same time,the model has also been satisfied by teachers and teachers.It is hoped that this research can provide an effective theoretical guidance and practical reference for the cultivation of educational technology ability and other abilities of normal students,so as to generally improve the educational technology ability of normal students and promote the quality of normal students.
