The Organization Of Young Migrant Workers To Participate In Community Governance Research

Since the reform and opening up,the socialist market economy has been piloted,and the system of units has been disintegrated.As a result,"unit person" has been transformed into "social person",which makes it more difficult for the government to govern.Therefore,it is urgent for the carrier with self-organizing mechanism and ability in the society to share some of the governance tasks.The self-organization of migrant workers is the inevitable result of the contradiction between migrant workers' strong desire to express themselves and the unimpeded channels of expression.Starting from the perspective of empowerment,this paper employs qualitative research methods,takes the Q community school of shenzhen,namely the selforganization of migrant workers that it incubates,as the research sample,and selects 8 representatives from typical cases for in-depth interview.By observing the selforganization of young migrant workers under the joint cultivation of district government and Q community school and understanding its cultivation mode,and comparing with three more mature self-organization cultivation modes,this paper tries to elaborate how to balance the self-organization of migrant workers between obtaining resources and maintaining autonomy.Secondly,what is the development path of migrant workers' self-organization after it is cultivated? Using the method of case analysis,this paper discusses the way to participate in community governance for the well-organized development of young migrant workers.By participating in democratic management in community governance,providing community public culture and cultivating worker culture,etc.,on the one hand,it meets the internal requirements of community development,and enables the government and society to change their views on migrant workers;on the other hand,it also improves the self-efficacy and sense of ownership of young migrant workers.In this way,the self-organization of young migrant workers is spiraling upward and developing.This paper also discussed the young migrant workers from the organization involved in the realistic significance of the path of community governance and the plight of which will appear,and make a summary,it is concluded that need to strengthen the guide of young migrant workers from the organization,improve the institutional environment,pay attention to the party leading,the organization of expanding young migrant workers to participate in the depth of the governance to better improve the organization itself.
