At present, migrant workers face greater risk of losing jobs due to the following reasons: First, the urban-rural dual household registration system makes the employment competitiveness of migrant workers lower than that of urban residents.Second, the slowdown in economic growth makes the competition in the job market more intense.Third, the upgrading of industrial structure has made migrant workers more likely to be unemployed.Fourth, the employment stability of migrant workers is weak.In order to reduce the risk of losing job of migrant workers, this paper based on human capital theory,Todaro model, structural unemployment theory, frictional unemployment theory and risk management theory.1.study the impact of years of education on risk of losing jobs;2.study the impact of non-government's vocational training on risk of losing jobs;3.Study the impact of government's training on the risk of losing jobs of migrant workers;4.Analyze the interactive effects of vocational training and years of education on risk of losing jobs. This paper uses the data of the 2016 China Labor Dynamics Survey(CLDS)to screen 4,251 samples, select human capital, personal characteristics, job characteristics, family characteristics, and use the Logit model for this study. The results show that: first, the higher the probability of unemployment among migrant workers with higher education years;secondly, the migrant workers who receive non-government's vocational training cannot be significantly different from that of unaccepted migrant workers, but the more times they receive non-government's vocational trainings, the lower the risk of losing job of migrant workers;third, migrant workers who have received government's training have lower risk of losing jobs. The more times they receive government's training, the lower the unemployment probability;fourth, compared with migrant workers who have not received government's training, the higher the education level of migrant workers who have received government's training, the lower the risk of losing job. This paper mainly has some innovations in the research content: first,an empirical test on the theory of high risk of losing job of migrant workers;second,on the basis of incorporating more comprehensive control variables,in-depth discussion of the impact of education and training on risk of losing jobs;third, consider the interactive effects of education and training. The shortcomings of this paper are: first, the persuasive power of using cross-section data is weak;second, the limitation of data cannot provide more in-depth and empirical evidence to reduce the risk of losing job of migrant workers.
