The change of our country from "only-child" policy in 1978 to "selective two-child" policy,and then to "universal two-child" policy is mainly to deal with the problems of population development.But the modern female have more autonomy in the employment choice,relaxation of the birth control policy maybe the "obstacle" of their career.This paper based on the context of birth policy change to studies the change of female employment quality,then analyze the main factors that cause these changes and provides suggestions for the government to implement "universal two-child" policy,in order to reduce the employment discrimination faced by women,and reduce their burden of birth,ensure the stability of their career development.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,it elaborates the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,the research main content and innovation and insufficient;The second chapter to the related theory and the present situation of women employment quality,it discussed the quality of female employment concept,content,related theory and the present situation and problems of female employment quality under the change of fertility policy in detail;The third chapter is about the construction of female employment quality evaluation index system,this part introduced the principle and method of establish a female employment quality evaluation,at the same time,used the international labor organization "decent work" employment quality evaluation index system for reference,establishment of the female employment quality evaluation index system for this paper;The fourth chapter is about empirical analysis of female employment quality,using the principal component analysis(PCA),combined with the female employment quality evaluation index system,in-depth study female employment quality changes before and after the relaxation of fetility policy;Chapter five is the female employment quality prediction,it based on the background of the new policy--"universal two-child" policy have only just gone into effect,and using grey prediction model to predict the relevant data of female employment quality;The sixth chapter puts forward feasible suggestions from four aspects of maternity protection,employment guarantee,legal system and female care burden,so as to avoid the negative impact of the implementation of the "universal two-child" policy on women.Chapter seven summarizes the whole text and looks forward to future research and development.There is not much discussion about the issue of ferlity and women's employment in China in the "only-child" stage,and a little studies have been done on the issue of the "selective two-child" policy.At the beginning of the implementation of the "universal two-child" policy,there were many studies on the impact of the second child on female employment,but there was a lack of key assessment and analysis on the quality of female employment.In this sense,the study of this paper has some innovativeness.
