The "Guidelines for Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" issued in 2017 pointed out that in the implementation of the moral education and requirements,it is necessary to educate people through courses,activities,and practice.It is necessary to develop students' moral cognition and pay attention to students' emotional experience and moral practice.The perfect moral education should be a combination of systematic and scientific moral knowledge and life-oriented and humanistic moral experience.Experiential moral education not only means imparting moral knowledge but also guiding students to walk out of the classroom and enter the big classroom of social practice activities to experience.Under the guidance of the educators,students actively participate in the experience activities,feel the experience situation,and the moral education mode of experiential moral education is more in line with the moral growth needs of the educated.In addition,the "Guidelines for Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" also pointed out that classroom teaching should be the main channel of moral education and strictly implement the moral education curriculum.Through the analysis and thinking of the use of experiential moral education in the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high school,explore its application status and problems,and propose the improvement of the application of experiential moral education in the course of Ethics and Rule of Law.Countermeasures have practical significance for improving the effectiveness of moral education.The paper mainly analyzes the use of experiential moral education in the junior middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" through questionnaire survey and analysis of the teaching examples of junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law",including the use or not,and the achieved effect after use.Whether the teacher provides guidance during the application process,and whether the content of the guidance plays a positive role in the moral experience of the students.This paper analyzes the teaching examples of Ethics and Rule of Law by looking through the literature,questionnaires and observations of the development of experiential moral education.It explores the existing problems of experiential moral education in the course of Ethics and Rule of Law and proposes improvements based on it.The strategy of experiential moral education in the course of Ethics and Rule of Law.The research includes four parts.The first part: Analyze the experiential moral education method on the theoretical level.Combining with other scholars' research results on experiential moral education,this paper explains the connotation of experiential moral education in this paper,analyzes the characteristics of experiential moral education,and combines teaching practice to explore experiential moral education in middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" Use value.The second part: the experiential moral education method in the middle school "Ethics and rule of law" class analysis of the status.Through the internship observation,we can understand the common moral education methods in the current "Ethics and Rule of Law" class,and analyze the questionnaires to analyze the problems in the use of experiential moral education in the middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law".The third part: Analyze the influencing factors of experiential moral education in the middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law".The close integration of experience and a variety of moral education methods has effectively promoted the development of moral education.Combined with the classroom teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high school,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of experiential moral education in the middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" in many aspects.The fourth part: the improvement strategy of experiential moral education in the middle school " Ethics and Rule of Law".From the beginning of the "Ethics and Rule of Law" in the use of experiential moral education methods to follow the principle of experience,the improvement of the problems in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" in the middle school of moral education.
