Under the new curriculum reform,the author puts forward new requirements for the course "morality and Rule of Law",and points out that it is necessary to establish correct ideas in the process of students' understanding,experience and practice to promote the formation and development of good moral qualities.Experiential teaching attaches importance to the students' life experience and practical experience,can combine the teaching material with the students' life and emotional experience,and highlight the students' main position in the teaching process.In the learning process of experience,promote the improvement of ideological and moral quality and the growth of students.Based on the investigation data of "morality and Rule of Law" in the two middle schools of N City A and B,the analysis shows that teachers support and agree very much for the application of experiential teaching in the course of morality and Rule of Law.And can make use of the examples in life and create a life-oriented situation trigger and guide students' emotional experience,promote the relationship between teaching content and real life,so as to achieve the all-round development of students.However,there are still some problems in the process of application.For example,the experiential teaching in the course of "morality and Rule of Law" requires higher teachers' own quality,and some teachers have a formal inclination in the application of experiential teaching.In the light of the current situation of separation between experience and social life practice in "morality and Rule of Law",there is a gap in the effect of experiential teaching in the course of "morality and Rule of Law" among schools with different teaching levels.In the course of morality and Rule of Law,the evaluation mechanism of experiential teaching is not perfect.This paper reflects the teaching idea under the new curriculum reform,changes the ideological and theoretical study of infusing into the learning mode of students' active experience and understanding,and improves the application effect of experiential teaching in the course of morality and Rule of Law.
