Minzu colleges and universities are an integral part of China's higher education system,has been adhering to the service of education for ethnic minorities and national regions,with the unique advantage of subjects,abundant education resources,concentrated talent advantages,to promote the all-round development of economic society in national regions,improving the comprehensive cultural quality level of the masses in the minorities,promote communication and integration between various nationalities has made an outstanding contribution.Targeted poverty alleviation is an effective way to solve the problem of poverty in China.However,the pressure of poverty alleviation in China is still huge,the rest is the most difficult task of "crack".Wuling mountain area is the main battlefield and trial area for poverty alleviation in the new stage.State Ethnic Affairs Commission is the leading unit for poverty alleviation and development in Wuling mountain area.Minzu colleges and universities,especially the six institutions directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission are duty-bound to participate in targeted poverty alleviation in Wuling mountain area.Through long-term targeted poverty alleviation,minzu colleges and universities have accumulated rich experience and produced a series of demonstration and driving effects.It is necessary to sort out,analyze and evaluate the existing practices,optimize the way for minzu colleges and universities to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,and provide feasible options for the development of minzu colleges and universities and even various colleges and universities in service areas.Minzu colleges and universities have been weakened to a certain extent,and their ability to serve ethnic minorities and ethnic regions is not strong.Strengthening characteristics and prominent advantages has become a problem that minzu colleges and universities have to solve.Participating in targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas is conducive to solving this problem,but there are some disputes on whether and in what way minzu colleges and universities are necessary to participate intargeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.This article will from the mission of minzu colleges and universities,advantages and theoretical discusses this problem,find internal support for minzu colleges and universities to participate in targeted poverty alleviation.At the same time improving and applying the five forces model to discusses the external necessity of minzu colleges and universities participating in targeted poverty alleviation from the perspectives of other colleges and universities,the national committee of civil affairs and wuling mountain area.Through the analysis of internal and external factors,it is proved that the participation of minzu colleges and universities in targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas not only meets the requirements of their own missions,but also has its internal logic.Then,the practices of colleges and universities directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission in education poverty alleviation,industry poverty alleviation,science and technology poverty alleviation,talent poverty alleviation,culture poverty alleviation and other aspects are summarized through the systematic analysis method and case law,and the existing poverty alleviation work and typical cases of minzu colleges and universities are systematically sorted out.Minzu colleges and universities of poverty reduction can be regarded as a service,but to accept accurate services for poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas directly the opinions of the masses have no in-depth discussion,it is necessary to base on the parties,in the first angle of view for the masses of national colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas poverty alleviation work.With the help of ACSI model,this paper evaluates the poverty alleviation work of minzu colleges and universities from the perspective of the masses in ethnic regions.Although the masses in ethnic regions are generally satisfied with the poverty alleviation work of minzu colleges and universities,there are still some problems,such as not deep understanding of poverty alleviation measures and unclear understanding of the positioning of ethnic colleges and universities.Minzu colleges and universities also have some problems,such as poor coverage of poverty alleviation work and insufficient emphasis on cultural poverty alleviation.So in the end this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the masses' satisfaction in national regions,and from the build long-termeffective mechanism of poverty alleviation and development,in the five focus on the power,strengthen the cooperation with other colleges and universities,and Suggestions to the cooperation of ethnic minority areas,for the minzu colleges and universities further involvement in poverty alleviation and development in national regions,a characteristic model for poverty alleviation for the minzu colleges and universities to provide the reference.
