The concept of life education has always been an important teaching concept advocated by the teaching reform,and it has similarities with the spiritual concept of the core literacy of the ideological and political discipline,such as the scientific spirit.Introducing and promoting implement of the concept of life-based education in the ideological and political discipline of high school is conducive to the implementation of the core literacy of the ideological and political disciplines,enhance the effectiveness of the classroom,and promote the overall improvement of the quality of students.This thesis starts with introducing the connotation of life-based education,then expounds the characteristics and content of life-based education,and proposes the basis of life-based education in ideological and political courses of high school,which fully demonstrates the importance of implementing the concept of life-based education.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the problems and causes in the process of life education in high school ideological and political courses.In detail,this thesis combines the form of questionnaires,makes data integration and analysis,and dissects the problem from three aspects: teaching content,teaching body and teaching mode,which complies with the analysis result and performs in scientific and objective method.Then the important reasons for the lack of life-based education in high school ideological and political courses are analyzed from social factors and school factors.According to the above analysis,in the last part of the thesis,the countermeasures for optimizing the life education of high school ideological and political courses are emphasized,which are proposed from the teaching content,teaching body,teaching mode and teaching evaluation.In summary,in order to realize the effective development of the high school ideological and political class life-oriented classroom,we must make efforts from multiple aspects to promote the improving of students' lives in the real sense.
