Due to the comprehensive effects of society,family and individuals,students have distinctive characteristics.The 21 st century is an era of development rapidly,students have prominent personalities and distinct individual differences.The progress of the country requires innovative talents,so it is necessary that teachers should serve all students and embody the teaching principles of individualized teaching,people-oriented and classified guidance in basic education and teaching.Based on the hierarchical teaching theory,the physics cooperative teaching is carry out in junior middle school.Firstly,SPSS software was used to analyze the difference of the eighth grade students' physics scores in the first monthly examination.In addition,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the physics learning of the students in the first semester of grade eight and the teachers' understanding and support of hierarchical cooperative learning.Depended on the data of the questionnaire,the feasibility of this experiment was analyzed.Secondly,based on the hierarchical teaching theory,the cooperative teaching of junior middle school physics is studied from two aspects of practical process design and teaching case design.The method of comparative experiment was used to confirm the comparison class and experimental class according to the data of the difference of the first monthly physical examination results.In the experimental class,students are divided into homogeneous groups according to their physical scores,learning attitudes and interests in the first monthly examination.Meanwhile,three teaching cases are designed in different levels from teaching objectives,questions of the class,classwork and homework : motion description,image of a plane mirror,and density measurement.Finally,the teaching case of stratified design was applied to the teaching of the experimental class,while the control class adopts the traditional teaching method.Students in the experimental class and the control class were tested every month,and the results were analyzed in terms of SPSS software.The results show that: physics teaching based on the hierarchical theory can significantly improve students' test scores;A post-test questionnaire survey for students on physics learning in the junior middle school and it is analysis comparative with the pre-test questionnaire survey.The results show that: junior middle school physics teaching based on the hierarchical teaching theory can improve students' understanding of physics,arouse strong interest in learning,stimulate learning motivation and so on.Therefore,the cooperative teaching of junior middle school physics based on the hierarchical teaching theory is effective and has operability and demonstration.
