Over the years, due to the shackles of Class Teaching in junior high school physics in backward mountainous areas from teachers'preparation for lessons, teaching, practice, counseling, evaluating. They were all not taking into account the differences of students, but used the method one size fits all. This made top students not have enough to eat, average students eat bad, poor students eat nothing. Teaching inefficient and poor quality of education led to a significant loss of quality. Local education was frequently in emergency. So, Hierarchical Learning and Teaching Experiment was aimed at based-education reform in the backward mountainous areas arose at the historic moment.The new curriculum reform in developing students puts forward the new idea, which requires teachers to set up the new concept, facing all students, respecting students' physical and mental development law, making every student's body and mind all-round development. On this basis, Hierarchical teaching according to students'difference and characteristic undertakes differentiation management to the student, which provides comprehensive development classroom teaching in the teaching aim, teaching process, class exercises, extracurricular counseling, teaching evaluation for the difference of each student.It requires teachers to teach every student within their academic situation and the physical characteristics of individualized. In imparting the same teaching content, teachers should give full consideration to excellent students, learners in troubles and average students from different knowledge levels and the ability to accept to the corresponding several levels of depth and width for teaching, facing all students put forward the best requirement for this level, promote each student in the most suitable learning environment, the development of optimal teaching activities, and improve overall quality.Based on junior high school physics teaching, the author adopted the case method, the comparative research and experience lifting method, and referred to same field of research and literature material. Through thorough research of typical cases in analysis, the perceptual knowledge gained in backward mountainous area was ascent to the height of education theory and found the rule, formed a systematic significant research achievements which is worthy to be popularized.Truly hierarchical teaching is for all students so that each student can develop in recent zone development accord with constructivism theory, optimized teaching theory and Sukhomlinskii harmonious education connotation. It gives full consideration to the students' differences, reflects the subjectivity of students. Facing all students, to improve teaching quality in wide range is an important way of promoting quality-oriented education.Practice confirmed that Hierarchical Teaching in high school physics in the mountains can indeed improve the effectiveness of teaching, arise students'interests in studying and innovate learning habits.In addition, it has some promotional value to improve the quality of teaching in junior high school physics and has practical significance to the existence of secondary schools in the backward mountainous areas.
