A Research On Financial Accounting Mode Optimization Of T University

In recent years,under the background of increasing national investment in education funding year by year,colleges and universities in China,as the cradle of talent cultivation,knowledge transfer,and technology incubation,continue to present a diversified educational funding and complicated financial management.As a direct mapping of economic activities in colleges and universities,financial accounting and reimbursement can be described as the "first front" in the financial operation management of colleges and universities,providing economic information with important reference value for the decision-making of colleges and universities,and its management level can be to a certain extent.The impact on the implementation of the party's and the state's financial and legal regulations in the universities has a corresponding impact.However,at present,the two themes of China's colleges and universities' account repayment remain on the track where the financial staff is "tired" and the teacher-student "resistance" runs in parallel.This article takes a high-level T-university university with a large amount of annual accounting in China as an example.Under the premise of summarizing the status of repayment of financial accounting at the current stage in China's colleges and universities,taking the case as the entry point,through literature research methods,interviews,and questionnaires The survey method and statistical analysis method explored the current T-school financial accounting model,analyzed the status quo,existing problems,and fundamental needs of the T-school financial accounting model,and tried to propose relatively optimized program design.This article takes universities T as examples to explore and optimize the T-school accounting model from three aspects: incentivizing employees in financial accounting,strengthening information and data levels,develop targeted training programs,thereby significantly increasing the efficiency of accounting and reporting in the university.,Activating college funding resources to solve the problems that have plagued teachers and students for a long time,so as to further improve the efficiency of financial management in Chinese universities,and have importantpractical significance for the realization of strategic goals for the development of universities in China and the construction of double first-rate universities.
